Hometown Window & Door replaced two rotting doors at our home and did an excellent job. The quality of the doors is far better than the old doors that we had and gentlemen that did the installation we very good. We could not be happier. We would use them again.

Sadly, just beware of dealing with HOMETOWN doors and Windows. The atrium doors that I had replaced 2 yrs. ago with the former company before HOMETOWN bought them out, were incorrectly installed and caused leaking on to my wood floors in the great room and the carpet in the master bedroom. I called HOMETOWN and the came out and said they would make it right and would order new doors and install them. They came out and measured and had the manufacturer rep. come out as well and again they said they would order and install new doors. That took place last April telling me the doors will take 4-6 months for delivery. I called 2 weeks ago left a message, sent an email and texted them. Never responded till days later they replied and said THERMA TRU would not honor their lifetime warranty. Obviously, they never intended to follow up. I left a message asking to repair the existing doors.............no reply.

I could not be happier with my new windows and doors. From the sales/selection process to the financing to the installation and cleanup, it was all very easy, friendly and professional. I live in a smallish mid range house in the Broad Ripple area but they treated me like I was their most important customer from the outset. I would highly recommend!

Clevernest was great. I highly recommend them. We installed larger Andersen windows which made for a more complex install. It became more complicated when due to the pandemic they lost one of their prime installers. Tom, the owner of Clevernest took personal responsibility to rearrange schedules and find a trusted installer. They delivered and installed when we absolutely had to have it to avoid a major set back in our kitchen remodel. I give them A+++ for great customer service and outstanding quality of all materials and workmanship.

My experience with Clever Nest was/has been a excellent! I met with Joe to select the design, manufacturer and accessories that were the best options for my home. His suggestions, knowledge and responses to all of my concerns were extremely helpful in making my decision. The installers were definitely skilled craftsman! This company went above and beyond in their resolutions to my home's sloppy construction issues. I very pleased with their service, and attentiveness to my requests. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for doors.

Consultant was knowledgeable and thorough, gave an honest assessment of lead time. Door arrived more or less on time and install was scheduled that week. Install was on time and quick, with zero mess left behind. The new door looks great!

Wonderful. Very professional workers who worked hard, efficiently, knew what they were doing, respectful, safe, friendly (it was during the coronavirus pandemic!). They did an excellent job - even repairing damage done by original builder's error. Can't recommend them highly enough. What sold me on this company over other window replacement companies is their total replacement of the whole window and interior molding - not just window inserts.

This went very poorly. The Thermatru door came damaged and after a few trips they finally installed the door (with most of the original damage). The door now swings in, has a silicone filled hole where they missed when drilling for the security system wiring, has additional damage from them dropped the door when they tried to install it. In full disclosure, I am still trying to resolve this situation with Clevernest and Thermatru.

We had all the original (rotting) wood windows in our house replaced with vinyl clad wood Andersens. Overall, the experience was very good. There were a few errors made in the order but they were easily remedied. Installation went smoothly and efficiently.

Just fine. Tom thoroughly covered the details of the job, the installers were certainly professional and Stacy in the office covered any issue left over.

Poor quality siding job. Varying gaps between siding edge and window trim and flashing as much as 4 times recommended. Trim edges not flush. Poor cuts and decision of installers to use mis-cut siding and trim rather than correct. No on-site supervision. Very narrow strip of siding used along top. Will likely not pass the test of time. No tarps used during siding tear off. Installers threw debris all over yard then moved into another pile in the yard before hauling away. Picked-up 30-40 nails from deck a few days after they had completed job. Still finding debris in yard. Voiced concerns to sales person Joe. He was able to get two non-English speaking workers to come back to correct mis-matched trim. They were unsure of what to do when they arrived so I needed to do my best to explain. As far as the large gaps, Joe advised he’s seen a lot worse. Clevernest was high bid out of three. I decided to use Clevernest and pay more because they had replaced our windows in 2018 and I thought they would do a good job like with the windows. I was wrong.

Job was done right the first time, all product was shipped accurately, the crew was very professional, friendly and considerate. Estimated time for installation was met, and windows are GREAT!!

We had all 10 of our 30 year old windows replace with Andersen 400 Double-Hung units. We could not be happier with the quality of the Andersen product. The installation crew was excellent. They were well organized and efficient. Clevernest sells a great product and uses an excellent grew to complete the installation.

Everything went great. Installers did a great job and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend!

The guys at Clevernest were great! I used them for my own home and a client's home. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was excellent. The windows are fantastic! In the first 6 months since installation, we saved $1200 in energy cost! I highly recommend Clevernest!

It went great. 2 years ago Clevernest accomplished a full and total window replacement in our home. They were very professional, helpful whenever we had a question. All work was accomplished in their quoted time frame. We would highly recommend Clevernest for window replacement.

All went well. Replaced all my windows in the house over 4 different phases. Tom Was understanding and worked with the cadence in which I needed to do the work. Installs were on time and everyone was helpful

It was good. They did a nice job.

They did a great job. However, you do need to have a flexible schedule as the siding took some time due to rain and other factors, i.e.- they don't have their own crew to put in siding, but I was happy with the work.

They did an above average job.

Wonderful. It was a lot of work and the team worked each day to a good stopping point so that the house always had all windows in place. The team always cleaned up after themselves each day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Most Excellent! Tom McHaffie is the owner and Stacy Corwin is his Office Manager. An outstanding Tradesman named Charlie is their crew chief. This is a 5 Star Company that is very very good at what they do. Their work ethic, professionalism, skill sets, coordination, experience, efficiency, cleanliness, and people skills, are absolutely in the highly gifted category. One could say this is a "Distinguished Team" of credible individuals put together by a wonderful hands on Owner and coordinated by an Office Manager that any Owner would hire in a heart beat. This company is that good.

It was excellent. This was our first time using them, and would highly recommend them to others. They did full replacement, and they were truly amazing. The price was very appropriate considering the other estimate/s we got.
