They special order items, and they offer design services so they help you pick out what you need. She assisted me with selecting the appropriate handles for two vanities with upper cabinets, as well as a desk, and I selected some very high-end beautifully crafted pieces. I was very happy with the prices, and I was thrilled with their prompt service. They have a wide selection and a wide range of prices, and everyone who has seen the handles has commented on how nice they look. I selected butterflies with Swarovski crystals for some of the drawers, which look great in the bathroom.

What a delightful store! The selection is wonderful and they provide wonderful personal attention. I have been in numerous times to select door hardware for my home through the builder. They saved me from making a big mistake by pointing out the variation of the color of the finish, so I changed colors. I'd been in several hardware stores and no one mentioned it to me. If they hadn't warned me, I would have lost thousands changing out hardware. They provide great customer service especially since they are so knowledgeable. Their store policies are very clear which is very helpful when you buy custom hardware. I like to support local businesses whenever I can.

I HAD ORDERED REGISTERS, AND THEY GAVE ME FACE PLATES, AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME A RE-STOCKING FEE OF $25 WHEN IT WAS NOT MY FAULT. THE WOMAN THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH HAS BEEN RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, AND INSISTING THAT IT WAS OUR PROBLEM. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
