fine. Mattress was a bit too firm for me, but I brought a mattress topper rather than paying the return/exchange fees which would be almost as much or more.

I was told by email that the frame would be delivered first, then the mattress would follow, and I was given a tracking number for the frame at that time. Several days later I received another email stating that the frame was out of stock and being back-ordered (AFTER I had already received a tracking number). After hearing nothing for a week (at this point I have a mattress on the floor), I asked for an update but got no response. I asked them to cancel my order so I could buy it from someplace else, but still got no response, other than to say "we'll check on it and get back to you". It took several more emails over several more days, but they did eventually cancel my bed frame order so I could order it from Amazon (free two-day shipping for the win!)

We have a newly built home and I really wanted the highest quality mattress I could find. The entire team at Holder Mattress made the whole process so simple and easy for both my husband and me. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, they treated me like one of the family. They provided me with several options and explained the unique craftsmanship of the mattresses. My husband has back issues and we both need the right bed to be comfortable. I found the right mattress very quickly with their help, but they didn't place pressure on me; they allowed me to take my time and call my husband to join me so we could be absolutely sure. The entire team was just so professional from the owner, Lauren, to the sales staff, and the outstanding delivery team. They make the process fun (if that is even possible!); they know their mattresses and assisted me and my husband in selecting just the right items. I couldn't be happier and we are sleeping in our and quot;foreverand quot; bed. It really was the best choice we could have made. I would recommend Holder Mattress in Carmel at the Design Center to all my friends and family!

LOOKED SEVERAL PLACES. HOLDER WAS ABOVE ALL OTHERS IN QUALITY.

They were good. I really have enjoyed the mattress. They came on time just like they said. The only downside I have to say about what they did is when I went to pick it, they kind of ignored me in the store. I was a little disappointed and I had to load the mattress myself.

They have their own factory here and they are fabulous. They build them custom for everybody. They have a great reputation and have been around for years. I like their show room because they make other things besides mattresses. I thought the people were nice and I worked with the owner. Their prices are not inexpensive but they are very fair because they build it the way you want it built.

The job went very well; it was very satisfying. They were a little pricey, though. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I really do like their product. I've used them before and love the mattresses, and that's why I went back. The delivery people were A+! Any low grades below do not reflect their excellent service.

With that said...

Prior to ordering the new mattress and box springs, I had a previous mattress that was damaged. I called Holder and explained the situation and was told they would provide one free service call. The scheduler wasn't there, so I left my phone number for them to contact me to schedule the appointment. When contacted, the person asked me a ton of questions then proceeded to tell me there could be no free service call unless I could find all my sales receipts. This information was never given to me during my original call. During an in-person visit, I was told the mattress was too old to be covered under the warranty. Everything was referred back to their policy. When I went in to purchase a new mattress, the person who was giving me the it's-the-policy business was there. I, very politely, informed them that I didn't feel the situation was handled in a customer-friendly way. She offered an apology but it didn't seem very sincere. It wasn't an awful experience, just wasn't a real happy one.

Be very careful and very attentive to the contract you sign and how long the warranty lasts. Also, save all your receipts for the lifetime of the mattress.

They open up the mattresses, inspect it, vacuum it, and fluff it up and re pack. The fact that they do it is great. They pickup and deliver the mattress. I would use them in the future.

Lauren was very helpful in providing information about products. I also used their website to compare products. Holder's price seems high compared to other stores, but I went back there because I know the quality is outstanding since we have a king set that we bought many years ago that still sleeps great. Their delivery and setup was on time and well done.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE INITIAL TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION, AND THE ASSURANCE I WAS GIVEN THAT THEY COULD MAKE IT EXACTLY ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS THAT I WANTED. THE WORK WAS DONE AMAZINGLY QUICKLY, AND I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE!

VERY PATIENT WITH A NEW BUYER. SPENT OVER AN 90 MINUTES HELPING WITH THE PURCHASE, ASKING QUESTIONS TO FIND THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR THE RIGHT PERSON, PUTTING UP WITH THEM TRYING OUT MANY MATTRESSES OVER AND OVER. DELIVERY WAS VERY TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. WILL USE THEM AGAIN WITH FUTURE BEDDING AND FURNITURE NEEDS.

COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL, FLIPPED OUR KING MATTRESS WHILE THEY WERE THERE.

THEIR MATTRESSES ARE SUPERIOR AND THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING.
