General Remodeling
Cindi Hoetmer was our general contractor on a large home improvement project. We found her when we were touring a spec home she had built in Carmel. My husband and I were so impressed with the home (but didn't love the lot) that we filed her name away and called her when we purchased a fixer-upper. She came right away, used her considerable talent, vision and creativity to make substantial changes in the home. Unexpectedly, our old home sold in 1 day, so we had 30 days to make these changes before we moved in! Cindi was on the site EVERY SINGLE DAY and made certain that the subs showed up, did good work, and charged a fair price. Cindi's dedication, organization and artistic sense made our renovation go smoothly. The work was even done before we moved in!
