+ 1 moreHe is our neighbor and such a perfectionist. He's a grumpy old guy personality wise. He likes dogs and kids, he doesn't really like adults. I walked in and he was helping my kids with homework, he's one of those neighbors that you're lucky if he waves when you drive by. He is a good guy. He helped me house break my puppy. I've been very happy with him. He's been doing the work since November, weather has been a factor lately. He is tedious and particular, he really pays attention to detail. He is honest and he will tell you if something needs to be repaired versus something that does not. You will get one-on-one, independent and good quality. He's probably more responsive than I am. If he can't get a hold of me he will text it to me. He's not personable, but he has a friend that helps him who is very personable. He is professional and I like that. He is picky about who he works for, he doesn't like to work for friends or family.
Description of Work: Hibler Building Co is replacing cedar siding, installing new windows and doing some painting. He's kind of a jack of all trades.
