Green Works

I have been mostly satisfied with service; however, this year has been a different experience.  I finally wrote Bill a letter asking him to stop" treating" my driveway and front walk because granulated treatment products are spread over the hard surfaces due to the method of application.  Those products sink in cracks, etc. and remain until a hard rain. They can easily be tracked in to the house.  I received a call from Bill today saying he would no longer be available to treat my lawn because of the distance from his home.  For whatever reason he is doing this, I am unhappy that I am being dropped mid-season. Although he did give one name of someone to contact I am not pleased that I am having to find and re-establish a working relationship with a new vendor.

Be careful with Bill.  He will provide services from year to year without providing contract or formal bids.  He will assume you want work done from year to year without obtaining your approval.  I expressed my dismay with this practice and his customer service interaction was terrible.  He was rude and disrespectful and offered no solution to the situation.  I do not recommend Greenworks.

He's always really thorough and gives the opportunities to answer questions. That's always the case if I'm home when he is here. If I call him, he always returns the call. The chemicals he is using is doing a good job on my yard. My yard looks as good as anybodys after the summer we had.

He's quiet good and I've had no problems at all. I don't have to be home for him to do the work - he'll leave a notice indicating that he's been there. Over the years that I have used him I have noticed an improvement in my lawn. I will continue to use him.

My lawn looked OK last year but this year, it looks awesome. He is doing a series of 6 standard treatments over the season. I have had one dandelion since he started & he resprayed to make sure it, & others, wouldn't come back. Also, I sometimes pay him to mow my lawn when I'm too busy or have visitors coming. He's got one of those zero turning radius monster things. It makes me cry that it takes me 2 hours with my crappy lawn mower & he can finish in 20 minutes. Bill does great work.

When we had questions, Bill has been readily available to answer them. In fact, when we had a baby the past year, he referred a great company to us to come and cut our yard and mulch our leaves. Bill is quite knowledgeable and will give you guidelines for proper lawn care. Bill is always punctual, extremely fair with price (coupon/discount) and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a beautiful lawn:)

I HAVE HAD THE COMPANY FOR 5 YEARS. THEY SWITCHED OWNERSHIP AND ACCOUNTING PACKAGES AND HAVE BEEN HARASSING ME FOR PAST DUE BILLS. I HAVE PAID IN FULL TWICE. I CANCELLED THE SERVICE. THEY PROVIDE THE SERVICE BUT CAN'T SEEM TO KEEP TRACK OF WHO HAS AND HASN'T PAID. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE.

VERY REASONABLE, DID EXCELLENT WORK & DID IT QUICKLY. HES SOMEONE I WAS GLAD TO WORK WITH. THE PLANTS HE USED WERE HIGH QUALITY.
