I called and made a reservation for my daughter and myself the day before. They were ready for us when we arrived. The ladies were very detail oriented and polite. They have an autoclave to clean the instruments and nail dryers.

Went very well! Grace was quick, professional, and she spoke English well enough that we could actually communicate (not the norm in these places.) Very clean and nicely decorated in there too.

I went on a Friday, around lunchtime. They were somewhat busy, but fit me in within a half hour. The facility is beautifully decorated, and outfitted with nice massage chairs and TV's. Seemed clean as well. Michael gave me a great mani/pedi. Manicure lasted about 4-5 days, pedicure still going strong after 7 days.

I like going to this salon because it is clean and I usually don't have to wait too long before I am waited on. I like having both Karen or Grace do my nails. I like that you can just walk in, but you can also make an appointment.
