Gary gave me a quote in October but I didn't ask him to do the work until May, over 6 months later.  He still honored the original price even though costs had been increasing rapidly.  Gary was responsive to my requests and he seemed truly concerned about doing a good job.  He and his crew came to the job prepared to get it done without delay.  Gary went after a few supplies while the crew prepared the old roof for the new installation.  He also had extra men on the crew but that turned out to be too many people on this size roof so he and one of the crew went to measure another job while the work was done on my house.  I was asked to inspect the roof before the crew left and they made an adjustment to the gutter cover that I requested.
