Provided advice and assistance in choosing framing material. The finished piece is beautiful.

Harold is great! I show him the photographs and he takes it form there. He knows him inventory and quickly shows me some great choices. Then he helps me narrow it down to what looks best, guiding but not pushing his taste on me. I can't imagine having anyone else matte my photos!

I had a particular mat color and design in mind, but they had a better recommendation considering the wall color and lighting of the space. Their work was excellent, and the materials are high quality. They completed the job a week ahead of schedule.

Good experience. Harold told me of an upcoming sale and asked if I would be willing to wait for the lower price. I was. The only (minor) disappointment was that I was not called as soon as the project was done. I phoned the store to check and was told that the print was framed and waiting for me to pick up. Since there was no rush, this was not a major inconvenience, but excellent service would dictate that the customer be informed immediately when a project is completed.

All of the work they have done for us has been excellent.

He even gave me a discount before his sale went on. His work is very good.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THE JOB COULD HAVE POSSIBLY BEEN COMPLETED A LITTLE BIT SOONER, BUT BEING COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO THE TEAMS AND THE PARENTS. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL GIFT TO GIVE AND FRAMEMAKERS MADE IT POSSIBLE. OUR COACH LOVED IT.

A COMPLETELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE FIRST ATTEMPT WAS NOT SATISFACTORY TO THE OWNER, WHO IS VERY CUSTOMER FOCUSED. HE ACTUALLY DISASSEMBLED THE PROJECT, REDID IT, AND MADE SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS. VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS!

SUGGESTED I BUY INEXPENSIVE FRAMES ELSEWHERE AND THEN THEY DID THE RE-FRAMING.

GOOD EYE FOR MATTING, PLEASANT, REASONABLE PRICE FOR GOOD SERVICE, IT WAS READY A BIT LATE, BUT THAT NOT A CONCERN FOR ME.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB! WE AGREED THAT THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS NOT FOR A MUSEUM (REQUIRING A PROFESSIONAL RESTORER), BUT TO SIMPLY DISPLAY THE FOLDED AND FRAGILE DOCUMENT IN A FRAME. WE TOOK THE DOCUMENT ON 8-14-02 AND THEY ESTIMATED THE JOB TO TAKE 3 WEEKS (TO 9-4-02). WE WERE CALLED TO PICK IT UP ON ABOUT 9-20. HOWEVER, I PREFERRED FOR THEM TO BE LESS PROMPT IN ORDER TO GET A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE USED THEM ONCE BEFORE FOR A SPECIAL FRAMING NEED AND THEY ALSO DID A NICE JOB THEN. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
