 + -1 moreRita (and Anil's) work was fantastic. She spent plenty of time with us reviewing possibilities...she was not pushy with her ideas, but her ideas were right on. She had a great eye for color and what would bring out the best of this piece. She worked "overtime" in order to have it done for my mother to see before she returned to Massachusetts. Seeing this labor of love completed in such a way that displayed it as it deserved to be brought tears to our eyes. I say that her price was "fair," because it was a fair price, while it was considerable... I do not feel we were over charged, and she even applied a coupon we didn't have.
Description of Work: My mother created a 12x 12 counted cross stitch that needed delicate care and attention. Rita provided framing consultation, blocking (symmetrical stretching) of linen cross stitch piece, and custom framing.

 + -1 moreVERY PLEASANT, HELPFUL STAFF. THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH SPENT A LOT OF TIME SHOWING ME DIFFERENT COLORS TO GO WITH MY PICTURE. SHE SEEMED TO GET A SENSE FOR WHAT I LIKED, COMBINED THAT WITH THE COLORS IN THE PICTURE, AND MADE SUGGESTIONS ACCORDINGLY. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK WHEN I NEED TO HAVE SOMETHING ELSE FRAMED.
