Our upright piano had not been tuned for nearly 20 years and Jason tuned it, fixed the bench and made it sound wonderful.

Jason is the only professional piano technician that I trust to take care of my Estey Grand, built in 1891. I have used Jason for several years now to keep my century old piano is fine working order and sounding great. Jason and Valerie are the best.

My piano hadn't been tuned in about 15 years. Jason arrived on time, spent about 40 minutes first bringing my piano roughly back to pitch and getting the keys moving freely again, and then actually tuned it. He was respectful, honest about the condition of the piano and how best to handle it and I would definitely recommend him.

Jason was prompt, very professional and answered all questions. We recently moved to the area and this was the first tuning since the move. The tuning cost was $99 which is a very reasonable charge. We will definitely continue to have Jason service the piano.

I have been using Jason for years to tune my piano, and finally decided on a highly recommended humidity control unit. Jason explained the unit thoroughly, and quoted me a competitive price. I really value his experience, not only in tuning, but in piano repair and restoration, and that is why I trust him. Always an excellent job.

I really like working with Jason. He is always on time, and spends about an hour tuning my piano, which sounds great after he is finished with it. I have him come every six months, and while his price is competitive, his skill and abilities are well worth even more. A couple visits ago he replaced a broken string for me, told me it would go out of tune as it settled in, and to call him to come by and re-tune it, which he did 3 times, all included in the price. He is a piano artisan for sure.

The website is very thorough and whatever the fee was upfront on that was what I paid. I liked that it was easy to schedule and he knew what he was doing. I'll use him again.

It goes perfect every time. What stands out about them is just the quality of the tuning. We know the proprietor personally. Apart from his recommendation I would list the quality of the work and that the price is just correct.

He is very good and his name is Jason. I have two grand pianos and that's my livelihood. He is based out of Indianapolis. He is an excellent young technician. His price is average and is what the going rate is. I have used him more than once. He is well trained and has a good ear. He is a good musician though that's not too important as it is to understand what's going on with the mechanism of the piano. He is very good and he has an excellent background. He is continuing his training to get better. I have recommended him and I will recommend him as he knows what he is doing. This is a profession where it's hard to find people who know what they are doing. There are a lot of impostors.

Jason is professional, timely and very good at piano tuning. He double tuned our piano since it had been so long since prior tuning. He explained what he had to do and spent about an hour getting the piano to sound good again. Friendly and professional! Will use him again next year.

It always goes well. This time he found a broken piano string, which he came back and replaced, and returned a couple of times to re-tune that string as is stretched out.
