I paid almost $600 for a new Brizo Faucet for my new sink. After 6 months, the sink handle began to give an ear-bending screech when it was rotated. I called Ferguson and spoke to my sales person, Joey, who said he would check with Brizo and his manager and get back to me. He later called me and said they could send me a new washer but the installation charge was on me. I tried to reason with him that this charge should not be on me for a defective $600 faucet that was 6 months old. I was told there was nothing that they could do.
I am VERY dissapointed that after spending $1600 at Ferguson that this was the level of service I received. Ferguson obviously wishes to be a distributor only, and not stand behind the products that they sell. As I begin to redue the remainder of my kitchen and I appliances, I will be seeking another vendor to do business with. This was a very costly error on Ferguson's part.

I called Ferguson and they were able to give me the brand and part number as well as the 800 number to get it replaced for free. I didn't even purchase it at Ferguson. I am very pleased with their service.

They sold me a furnace blower motor that lasted 15 months ! The warrantee was for one year. AlthoughI bought this at the westside location, it's run by the same corp. They would not give me any refund even though I brought back the defective motor. I bought what I needed from 'Shorty's HVAC' supply on the southside. They were very helpful and honest. My furnace works great now. I will not be visiting Ferguson's any time soon.
