ERA Real Estate Links

The entire process was a comfortable one from the day I listed my house until the day it closed.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Real Estate Links again and again nor would I hesitate to recommend REL to everyone I come across that's looking to sell his-or-her house.  My agent, Eric Heuer, his team and everyone at REL knows how to get the job done.  Professional AND caring is the best way I can describe Real Estate Links.

During the long process of relocating, Glenn took us out several times to look at houses and gave us very helpful advice on the different areas to live in Indianapolis and surrounding counties.  Glenn was always supportive of our needs and in helping us solve various problems with the timing of selling our home in Nashville, and finding the right house to meet our needs.  During the inspection process, he gave us expert advice on how to handle the repairs, which ones to pursue correction and handled the negotiating process with the owner's agent in a professional manner.   Glenn was always responsive to our emails (which were many, especially from me) and telephone calls during the long process of getting us relocated.  We could not have asked for a better or more experienced real estate agent.  He was very easy to work with and we were able to personally get to know him and discover what a great guy he is.  We plan to keep in touch with Glenn, and should we ever need an agent again, he will certainly be the one we will call.

After an out of state job transfer brought us to Indianapolis, the very first person we met in Indy was Realtor, Christie Robertson. 
She was so knowledgeable, friendly and eager to find us the perfect rental home in Indianapolis and with very little notice, she secured us a great home.  During our years in the rental home she kept in touch with us by phone, email and through informative newsletters. 
She followed up with us on our plans when we were finally ready to purchase a home.  She was always very accessible and knowledable as we looked at several homes and always readily available to set up showings even at a moments notice. She also set up a customized website and email alert system to update us on homes meeting our criteria.  Christie really got to know our family and knew exactly what we were looking for.  Once we decided on a home, we were surprised and pleased at how streamlined and easy the process was.  We loved that the ERA Real Estate Links office was technologically outfitted with software that allowed us to receive and electronically sign all forms and paperwork through email.  Christie carefully guided us throughout the entire process and even went above and beyond by following up on some of our questions about issues that were beyond the scope of her job.  She also proactively provided us with helpful information about issues that she thought would be of interest to us. 
Christie Robertson’s professional, diligent and friendly manner made her a joy to work with.  She is an outstanding professional and we highly recommend her.

The entire experience from start to finish was simply outstanding.  I would highly recommend ERA and Amy McIntyre to anyone.

Overall, Scott was clearly working with us and for us!  I highly recommend Scott Uebele and would not even consider using different realtor.
