The EPPS-ELSON Realtor Team is absolutely the best! They were highly referred by my builder. At first I was skeptical before meeting Mr. Kevin, but from the very encounter he oozed confidence and was very knowledgeable about the selling process. He did not overstate his credentials or what we had accomplished previously, he merely stated that if he was given the opportunity he would sale my home as if it was his own! The process was effortless and to top it off I did not have to put my home on the market officially, meaning I did not take any pictures or stage the property! Kudos to the team..........Also, the whole team kept us informed every step of the way and returned all of my calls. I would definitely recommend this top notch team to anyone who are looking for a pain-free home selling or buying experience.

The Epps-Elson team was a pleasure to work with.
Kevin Elson was our agent. Cathy Epps assisted us with showings as well. Kevin and Cathy work well together as a team. Their priority is servicing their clients and working with their client's schedules.
Kevin represented us well. He provided guidance in preparing our home for the market. A market analysis was prepared prior to listing to help ensure the best market entry price. Kevin also provided references for work that needed be completed as the result of inspections and helped coordinate the related issues and negotiations.
The Epp-Elson team wants to keep a client for the long term. They stay connected after the sale through follow up calls and invites to family events that they sponsor. They want to be the realtor you call when the time comes again for the sale or purchase of another property. They are always willing to provide advice and guidance post purchase.

He is amazing. He charged us a percentage of the condo/house. We went to several realtors before we found one that really worked hard; he is the hardest working realtor that we have ever met. He went above and beyond and would call or text at anytime that he needed to. One time, that he even called or texted was at eleven o clock in the night because he knew that we were waiting for some information. He does whatever it takes to help; he is just a really great guy.

We were very happy with them. They were very organized and they communicated very well. They kept us informed from when we signed the agreement with them until they sold our house. They paid attention to the smallest details and helped us prepare our home for sale.

With advice from The Epps-Elson Team, furniture was placed in storage to make our house show it's full potential and it was listed. Within a month we had an offer and the deal went through.

i was previously with another "top" angie's list agent for 6 months and only had 3 showings. Reluctantly we relisted with the Epps/Elson team as we thought there was no way to move our house. After signing the listing contract we had 3 showings within one week! I was pleasantly surprised. Within 30 days our home sold and Kevin and team were by our side at every step of the way.

They were very prompt and fast. He got me about 10 to 12 buyers in 30 days and finished the deal. I have known them for a few years and trust them completely. They know everything about homes and sold the house for $229, 000, whereas my margin was to sell for $230,000. They are excellent and I will continue to use them in future.
