+ -1 moreI called the store at 3:45 p.m. on Valentine's Day as nothing had been delivered yet. The first arrangement was arrived at approx. 4:00. My wife called to say than you and asked why the card had (2) messages on it. The store failed to deliver both gifts and had put my daughter's message on my wife's card. The store acknowledged the mistake and said another would be delivered shortly. I was given multiple excuses ranging from "we are too busy", "the weather is very bad", "the downtown store messed up", "there is a lot of part time help working today", and finally "we will need to call you back". During the next to last call a man identified himself as the manager and said he would deliver it personally after he left at 5:30 p.m. At 6:50 p.m. another call was made to the store. We were still waiting and the store closes at 7:00 p.m. Only after I got in the car and drove to the store at 7:00 did someone tell me that they would be there before I got back home. Which did not happen. My daughter's arrived at 7:20 p.m. and her Valentine's surprise was completely ruined. I will NEVER use this specific store again. WHAT A TRAIN WRECK!
Description of Work: Edible Arrangements was to provide to arrangements; (1) for my wife, and (1) for my daughter. Their cards were to be separate and worded differently. The arrangements were to be a Valentine's Day surprise and were on line a week in advance. We live (5) minutes from the Greyhound Pass store.

+ -1 moreThe fruit was beautiful, everyone loved it. It is a bouquet of real fruit so then you don't have to have both fruit and flowers. I didn't like that I had to pick it up on Saturday because my event was on Sunday, however the fruit held up nicely. They may be open on Sundays now. I thought the price was very fair, they gave me more than enough to serve 30 people and then some. Their recommendation was very good for the amount of people I had over. The quality was great and it all held together nicely for the 24 hours. It was wrapped and ready to go when I picked it up. Both employees I worked with were great.

Description of Work: I called Edible Arrangements in Fishers on June 19, 2009 to order an arrangement per their newspaper coupon, which stated: "Free box of 6 chocolate dipped strawberries w/ purchase of $50.00 arrangement." I placed my order, which was for the $50.00 arrangement plus the $12.00 delivery fee. I was then told my purchase came to $67.00. When I questioned the $67.00 instead of $62.00, I was told that their arrangements start at $55.00. I questioned the $55.00 because the coupon I was holding in my hand stated w/ purchase of $50.00 arrangement. Because there was a $5.00 discrepancy, I did not place an order.

+ -1 moreThe owner called me close to closing time to make sure I knew when they were closing so I wouldn't miss picking up the berries. He was very polite and courteous. The strawberries were delicious, but just a little pricey.
Description of Work: I used this company to buy a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries.
