Edible Arrangements

I called the store at 3:45 p.m. on Valentine's Day as nothing had been delivered yet.  The first arrangement was arrived at approx. 4:00.  My wife called to say than you and asked why the card had (2) messages on it.  The store failed to deliver both gifts and had put my daughter's message on my wife's card. The store acknowledged the mistake and said another would be delivered shortly.  I was given multiple excuses ranging from "we are too busy", "the weather is very bad", "the downtown store messed up", "there is a lot of part time help working today", and finally "we will need to call you back".  During the next to last call a man identified himself as the manager and said he would deliver it personally after he left at 5:30 p.m.  At 6:50 p.m. another call was made to the store.  We were still waiting and the store closes at 7:00 p.m.  Only after I got in the car and drove to the store at 7:00 did someone tell me that they would be there before I got back home.  Which did not happen.  My daughter's arrived at 7:20 p.m. and her Valentine's surprise was completely ruined.  I will NEVER use this specific store again.  WHAT A TRAIN WRECK!

The fruit was beautiful, everyone loved it. It is a bouquet of real fruit so then you don't have to have both fruit and flowers. I didn't like that I had to pick it up on Saturday because my event was on Sunday, however the fruit held up nicely. They may be open on Sundays now. I thought the price was very fair, they gave me more than enough to serve 30 people and then some. Their recommendation was very good for the amount of people I had over. The quality was great and it all held together nicely for the 24 hours. It was wrapped and ready to go when I picked it up. Both employees I worked with were great.

The owner called me close to closing time to make sure I knew when they were closing so I wouldn't miss picking up the berries. He was very polite and courteous. The strawberries were delicious, but just a little pricey.

Edible Arrangements products are expensive but the quality of the fruit is always excellent, and their delivery service is the best. They are very service oriented, and gladly accept custom requests.

Purchased this as a gift for my parents and they loved it/had never seen anything like it; delicious!
