I have actually bought two Buick Enclaves from them. Their service department the people who work there a fairly long time. They really know their stuff. They are very professional. They are very responsive. I was working most of the time in my life, and working with them with the hours. They are great. I could go in very early, generally during my working days. I think they are very pleasant. I thought the work that was done, I have never had to take anything back, because things were done appropriately.

Took vehicle in three times for oil leak and paid over $1000 and it is still leaking. Had to call a Mr. Harrison at Ed Martin Acura to get someone to return my call. Then service manager claims he forgot to return my call after I left him a message. Filed a complaint with GMC corporate. Had recent discussion with general manager. He seemed concerned but I'm still upset by the way I was treated.

I have never bought a car before and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Bryce was professional and patient in dealing with a few bumps in the road on my end. Hope to keep my car for awhile, but will go back for my free car washes!

My initial contact with female salesperson was good. She was helpful and accommodating until after the sale. As part of the purchase agreement the Salespersin offered a gift card as an incentive. Found out after the sale was completed that it wouldn't be fulfilled by the third party as expected. Once sale was complete it took two months to resolve. After multiple emails, calls, and visits to dealership the Salesperson wanted no part of it at that point and did absolutely nothing to assist or even apologize for any issue, trouble or inconvenience. The manager finally resolved but that too was a challenge. I would never recommend this dealer or frankly the 2014 GMC Terrain Denali I purchased. The quality is not what was expected on both counts.
