THEY DID A GOOD JOB. EARLY ON AFTER THE INSTALL, I NOTICED A COUPLE OF LITTLE BUBBLES IN THE FLOOR, AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT TO FIX THEM.

IMPROPERLY INSTALLED LAMINATE FLOORING. AFTER 2 ATTEMPTS TO CORRECT THE POOR WORKMANSHIP WE TOLD THE MANAGER TO COME LOOK AT THE POOR WORKMANSHIP, SAID HE WOULD, THEN NEVER DID. ALSO ENTERED AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MEMBER'S CREDIT CARD FOR THE BALANCE

HAD TO CALL OVER AND OVER TO GET THEM OUT TO LOOK AT A PROBLEM. THEY SOLVED IT, BUT MEMBER IS STILL WAITING ON A REBATE. STORE SENT REQUEST WITHOUT NECESSARY PAPERWORK AND MEMBER HAD TO RESEND.
