It cost 99.00 to look at and 360.00 to fix it if my memory serves correctly. They kept it for almost a week. While they did a good job, I feel it was way too expensive for something so simple. I then found a place in Zionsville that charges 25.00 up front and takes it off the cost of the repair. They charged me 149.00 for the same problem 6mos later and gave me a warranty and also cleaned up my hard drive.

Chris resolved a resolution issue that I had. He fixed a problem that I
had worked hours on and he resolved it in less than one hour . He
performed the service for free. He said it was a free check up
evaluation. They are wonderful. I recommend anyone with a problem
visit them. They were friendly and very helpful. AAA+++

Everything went well. After some discussion, they suggested it would be best to purchase a new computer instead of doing repairs on the old one. They were very cordial and answered all of my questions as I searched for a new computer to purchase.

The diagnosis was quickly made and a complete explanation was provided of the procedures that would be used to correct the overall problem. I went to pick up the machine and the findings were given to me in full detail. In addition, I was given thorough instruction about what may have contributed to the problem and how to minimize it in the future. The price charged was as quoted.

I am completely satisfied. When I brought it in, they put it up on a very convenient counter so that we could both see what the problems were and so that they could give me a good estimate. Tony was excellent in immediately pinpointing the issues that he could identify and also explaining (in language that I could understand) what he thought was going on and what it would take to repair it. They had to keep it for a few days because they had to test it, then repair it and finally they continued to test it multiple times after repair to insure it was completely rid of problems. When I got it back it was on time, on budget and they even gave me a report of the viruses removed, spyware removed, etc.

Gary was professional and knowledgeable. But a problem came up in our communication. I thought he would return to my home with the computer, but I received a call that it would take a few extra days before I would be able to pick it up at their location. I was surprised to hear this. Their location isn't convenient and it turned out to be a hassle to find it and it was consuming due to the distance. Once back home with it, I noticed it still had problems. I called them back and the guys were nice. But I was told that the problems were so bad with my computer that they should wipe out everything and reload it all. They said I could bring it back in for this. It was a hassle to bring it back again, but at least it would be all cleaned up. My husband took it back to them and said to keep my emails and documents as they were. When I got it back home, the virus was gone but access to my documents and emails was difficult. I wanted to access them as before.

"THIS SITUATION WAS INDEED A MATTER OF POOR COMMUNICATION. WE HAVE A FREE HOUSE CALL PROGRAM WHICH MEANS WE COME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO DO THE INITIAL EVALUATION AT NO CHARGE. WE DID NOT MAKE IT CLEAR AT THAT TIME THAT DELIVERY AND SETUP WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. DEFINITELY OUR FAULT BUT NOWHERE DID WE PROMISE FREE DELIVERY AND SETUP. THE COMPUTER IN QUESTION WAS EXTREMELY INFECTED AND THE CLEANUP PROCESS WAS VERY TIME CONSUMING AND DIFFICULT. AGAIN WE SHOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB OF COMMUNICATING WHAT WAS GOING ON. WHEN THE COMPUTER WAS FINISHED THE CUSTOMER CONTINUED TO SEE SOME PROBLEMS SO WE OFFERED TO RELOAD THE ENTIRE SYSTEM AT NO CHARGE. IT WAS AGREED TO BY THE CUSTOMER BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS TAKES MORE TIME WHICH FURTHER ADDED TO THE ISSUE. WE RE-LOADED THE THE SYSTEM WITH ALL THE PROGRAMS PROVIDED TO US BY THE CUSTOMER AND MANAGED TO KEEP THEIR DATA INTACT. ONE PROGRAM THAT WAS USED TO MANAGE MUCH OF THE DATA WAS AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT IT WAS NOT NEEDED AND WAS SLOWING THE COMPUTER DOWN. THE FACT THAT THIS PROGRAM WAS NOT LOADED CAUSED ACCESS TO THE FILES TO BE DIFFERENT THAN BEFORE. WE HAVE OFFERED TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE THIS RIGHT BUT THE CUSTOMER IS UNFORTUNATELY UPSET AND HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ACCEPT THE OFFER. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL AND WE ARE STILL OPEN TO FURTHER RESOLUTION ON THIS MATTER."
