+ -1 moreIF YOU CHANCE USING HIM, DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL HE IS DONE, AND CALCULATE HOW MUCH PAINT IT TAKE TO PAINT YOUR HOUSE WITH TWO COATS AND SEE HOW MUCH HE ACTUALLY USES.
Description of Work: WE HIRED HIM TO PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE. HE WAS RECOMMENDED BY 2 PEOPLE. HE ONLY DID ONE COAT, AND DID NOT PAINT OVER ANY OF THE CAULKING. WE PAID HIM, BECAUSE WE TRUSTED HE WOULD FINISH THE WORK WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION. (HE WAS ALREADY 2 WEEKS BEHIND) WE GAVE HIM EXTRA MONEY TO DO OUR SUN ROOM IN A DIFFERENT COLOR, HE TOOK OUR PAINT SAMPLE AND TOOK THE EXTRA MONEY. THREE YEARS LATER HE IS SOLICITING FOR BUSINESS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE HAVE BEEN ENCOURAGING OUR FRIENDS TO GO ELSEWHERE. HE HAS SINCE COME TO US TO RETURN THE $80 (TO SHUT US UP). PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE.
