Interior Design and Decorating
THE PRICE INCLUDES DESIGN FEE AND MERCHANDISE. WHEN WE ORDERED MERCHANDISE, WE DIDN'T SEE ANY OF OUR MERCHANDISE UNTIL THE FALL. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED EVERYTHING. SHE IS HOLDING SOME OF IT. SEVERAL PIECES THAT WERE DELIVERED ARE DAMAGED AND CANNOT BE SENT BACK. SHE DOESN'T RETURN ALL TYPES OF CORRESPONDENCE AND WE HAVE USED THEM ALL. SHE IS VERY UNRESPONSIVE. HER BILLING IS INACCURATE AND CONFUSING. WE HAVE TRIED EXHAUSTIVELY TO COME TO A COMPROMISE, BUT SHE IS NOT WILLING TO BE FLEXIBLE. I THINK SHE WOULD DO BETTER WITH SMALL JOBS.
