Excellent. The gentleman who provided the estimate was very professional and the men who did the work did a good job. This was my second experience with a foundation repair company. The first one was very disappointing, to say the least. Crossroads did a great job.

We hired them to level our concrete front porch which had settled such that water runs toward the house. They were prompt to come out and assess the issue and seemed knowledgeable and responsive. We paid a deposit to book the repair. They were not able to level the porch and instead made it worse. They did some sealing against the house which they first asked cash for and then ended up throwing in and they also injected material into one section of sidewalk they said was a tripping hazard (we did not request this and it was never noticed or discussed when they came out to give their estimate) They still expected full payment even though they hadn't done what they contracted to do. I offered to pay half of the remaining balance which they eventually agreed to accept as payment in full. This morning we had 1-2 inches of water in front of our door and all along the house and I regret that we paid anything. We understand they invested time and materials but they didn't do what they contracted to do and they never told us there was a possibility they couldn't fix the problem. They had no contrition about the failure and had no ideas or suggestions of how they could resolve it. They were only concerned with getting paid.

"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry we were not able to get your concrete level to your liking, unfortunately sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that are not visible during the quotation process, or the install process that could cause this. We have however refunded over half of the job cost. If there is something further we can do please let us know."

We were told by the person coming out to do the estimate that the egress window that was installed would be a finished turn-key solution. The inside wiring is now sitting in front of the window for the outlet that is directly below the window and none of the drywall is repaired from the install. I contacted them and they stated that they have since fired that individual for making those promises. They discounted us $200 on over $10k worth of work. The $200 does not even come close to finishing the project they promised me. I get that sometimes people make mistakes, but I shouldn't have to pay for it as the customer. We will not be using them again for future projects. The window well that was selected for one of the other windows was grossly over-sized as well for the window which now looks very bad. I am very disappointed in the solution they have to improperly training their employees.

"[Member Name Removed], I apologize that this happened, however we do not finish the interior of egress windows, as we do not have finish carpenters or drywallers on staff. Typically we would not have to cut out so much drywall to complete the work however, with putting the window in your desired location more drywall had to be cut due to outlet location. I agree our salesperson should have talked with you about the outlet, which is why we checked with a licensed electrician on moving the outlet. This was the cost we were given. The drywall would have had to have been removed regardless to move the outlet."

Work went fast with little to no interruption of our daily activities. Cleanup was complete and other than the buried utility line markings, you couldn't tell anyone was even here. Crawlspace was left in very clean and good order. Workers were kind, clean and very personable. Hard working and worked continuously until the job was complete. Cleaned up between visits. Two day job was completed in good time.

From the initial consultation to project completion we have been very satisfied. The crew that came out was hard working, and polite. The price was around what I had researched. I researched the procedure and companies and price before the initial meeting. So when they came out and explained what they would do and the price, both matched up to research, I was very comfortable hiring them. Any questions I have had were answered very promptly.

Kyle Leman, the owner of Crossroads Foundation Repair, went above and beyond in resolving the water issues in my Mom’s basement and made great suggestions. In addition to waterproofing and mold remediation, his company also handled installation of a sump pump and painting. Although his office is 45 minutes away, he arrived promptly and the work was started and completed on time as scheduled. Pricing was very fair. I cannot say enough good things about Crossroads. Would definitely hire again.

It went well. Kyle Leman was great to work with, explained everything he would be doing, and the reasons he gave for doing it were very sound. It didn't try to sell me on extra work that wasn't needed, which I appreciated very much. His price was very reasonable, the workers were very professional, and the project was completed in one day with no problems. I would definitely hire Crossroads again in the future if needed.

Kyle and his crew were very helpful and professional. He was flexible in when he could get the job done and very responsive to questions. It was a bigger job than anticipated but they moved our sump pit, filled in the old one with concrete and even hauled away all of the old paneling, sink, and ceiling tile from the prep demo. Time will tell if the basement stays dry but the crew was polite and professional and I would recommend.

An appointment was made with Kyle while we were attending the Indy Flower and Patio show. He was prompt and provided us with an explanation of why the crack appeared, what he would do to correct it, and the warranty. His estimate was very reasonable and we arranged for a repair date. Kyle and his assistant arrived at the agreed time and completed the repair within 2 hours. They explained again what they had done, and cleaned up any debris. I will definitely hire him again if any future foundation repairs are needed.
