Chris (owner) was very helpful. His expertise and knowledge are obvious. His work ethic is unbeatable.

I went in to talk with them about dry mounting the signed poster and we walked through the steps thinking I would come back in a few days to pick it up. He offered to do it right then while I waited. What a pleasant surprise.

Chris spends one on one caring and professional advice for each piece we entrust to him. He has taken personal interest in anything we have him mat and frame; he doesn't push his opinion but works with you to find out exactly what you want.
When I come in to the shop to pick up my artwork and see it completely enhanced it is a wonderful experience seeing the vision completed!

They are extremely professional. They make good recommendation on how to frame the pictures. I don't worry about the pictures I leave there because I know they will take good care of them.

From quote to finished result everything went without a hitch. We stopped in on a Saturday, went over frame choices and pricing, and picked up the finished piece two weeks later as agreed. A lot of thought went into this job, and lots of people don't understand the details involved in a quality custom frame. The piece is hanging in our living room and we really enjoy the way it enhances the look of the decor.

I've used their services for all my framing work. They are very, very good. The technician has a good eye and knows what matting and frames to use. He is very artistic and professional. I would definitely use them especially if you're unsure of exactly what you want.

I had an expensive Chuck Jones cell framed. Chris was very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to frame it and had great matting and frame choices. It turned out absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Creative Framing Concepts.

Both framed pictures were done just beautifully! We could not be happier with them. They have a huge selection of frames and mats, and really take the time to ensure the project is handled perfectly, very detailed! If you're going to spend money for custom framing, use a professional and get the job done right!

They were great to work with. The owner took the time to understand my style, where the print was being hung, how much lighting would be in the space, etc. before selecting several frame choices. His professionalism was appreciated and he certainly made me feel like he knew what he was doing. After making my selections, the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was called to pick-up the finished product when it was completed. I believe I put an initial deposit down and then paid in full at pick-up. I was very happy with the finished product and would do business with them again when I need professional framing.

They were very courteous. It took eight days for it to get done. They had it done when they said they would have it done for me.

As usual, Chris did a terrific job! He is always very attentive when I come into the store. If he is busy, his right-hand gal (whose name I forget) is equally excellent at customer service. They are patient with indecisive people like me! The framing is always professionally done and the turn-around time is quite reasonable. I drive about 20-25 minutes to get to Creative Framing Concepts, passing at least 2 other frame shops on my way. It's worth the drive.

They did a wonderful job. The name of the company is descriptive or what they do. They had ideas that we never would have thought of. The cost is reflective of the high end materials we choose.

Loved the frame that Chris helped me choose for the Vargas print. He did excellent work in a timely fashion. Also did not try to sell me something more expensive that I did not want or need. Very honest and helpful. Will only use him for future framing needs.

They gave excellent information and advice. They were very professional. They completed the work on time as promised and did an excellent job! The piece of art looks absolutely beautiful and is definitely enhanced by the framing and matting.

It is important to Chris that he pleases his customer, and it shows in the finished product. An example of this is when he recently framed a mirror for me using a framing material that featured a row of beading. Chris took great pains to make certain no beads were cut in half at the joints. All around the mirror only full beads appear. It's impressive. Chris and Susan are both very easy to work with. They will offer you a variety of cost options and then step back and allow you to choose what works best for you. Delivery is always as promised and oftentimes sooner. Considering the quality of workmanship his prices are both fair and reasonable. My "Wall of Fame" is just the latest in a long list of framing projects that showcase Chris and Susan's exemplary work. I am very pleased.

They came up with ideas that we would have never thought of. They turned an ordinary framing job into something that was quite spectacular.

I was very impressed with the matting and framing. Chris seems to take a lot of pride in the work he does, and he's as much an artist as a framer. He's professional and follows up regularly when he's working on a project for me.

Super job. Very professional. Chris took over an hour going over mats, frames, types of glass, and had it ready by 12/20. I would recommend this shop to anyone with no qualms.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL! THEY TOOK SPECIAL CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THAT REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE. IT REALLY LOOKS AMAZING. HE ALSO DID THE DOUBLE MATTED AND IT WAS DOUBLE THE SIZE OF "CURRENT" DIPLOMAS. HE DID GIVE A 10% ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT.

I HAD TAKEN MY PICTURES TO ANOTHER FRAMER AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO CHANGE THE MATS ON 2 OF THE PICTURES, AND ALSO WAS NOT ENCOURAGED ABOUT REPAIRING THE FRAME ON THE ONE PICTURE. CHRIS WAS VERY POSITIVE ABOUT BEING ABLE TO DO ALL OF THE WORK FOR ME. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THAT HE DID, AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY OF YOUR FRAMING NEEDS.

TRULY A SUPERB JOB! WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, AND ALWAYS ARE DELIGHTED WITH THEIR HELP AND REMARKABLE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY ALWAYS ENHANCE THE APPEARANCE OF THE ARTWORK WE BRING TO THEM.
