The guy that owns and operates this place is a stand-up gentleman. When my phone went crazy I wasn't sure what it needed or what I had done, but when I called he knew immediately what I was talking about and what I needed. He even had the parts in stock. Unfortunately, he was going to be closed before I was off work. He actually stayed open late for me, waited for me to come in, and did the repair that night. To top it off, I couldn't find my charge card when all was said and done, and despite my offer to leave my phone or ID until I could get back the next day, he told me not to worry about it, and that we would do the right thing or wouldn't. Of course we made certain he got paid, but frankly you just don't find guys like this one in the service industry much anymore. I've recommended him to absolutely everybody, and will always take him my business given the chance!

Phone hit the pavement. Went into CPR the next day. Screen had to be ordered- on backorder. The front of the store is a little off-putting. We waited a really long time to talk to someone and could hear conversations from the back. The folks who finally talked to us were helpful. They said it would be $175 but it was $195 in the end. Honestly I think we just forgot to remind them of the Angies List discount. The screen took a couple of weeks to get in but they called and kept us updated and called as soon as our part arrived. It was ready in 2 hours and it looks brand new. I would use them again. Hopefully I won't need to.

The gentlemen in the store at the time were very friendly and welcoming. They were never, throughout the repairs, condescending at all I felt that their price was quite fair for what I was asking. They did not try to sell me anything extra. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the individual treatment. I was quite pleased.

An AT and T representative had told me about CPR and stated he had heard good things about them. I called, spoke with someone there, and when I explained what was going on, he actually was able to diagnose it over the phone.
They did not have a lot of walk-in traffic at that time, and told me if I could get there quickly, they could probably repair it while I waited. It took them approximately 20 minutes to replace the port.
I received a 6 month warranty on their work.
I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. I would recommend them to anyone. The $67, which included labor, parts, and tax, was MUCH cheaper than my $150 deductible on my cell phone insurance.
I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Service was good. Some minor streaks were left on new glass. Phone is very usable... but not quite like new.

We would like to look at the streaking. If it is something that got by the inspection process we will be happy to fix the issues. On occasion when the original glass is broken the LCD (picture screen) is scratched and can not be fixed without replacement of that piece. Should that be the case we are at fault for not showing or explaining that to you. You do have a warranty on the work preformed and there will be no cost for this. We very much value your business and thank you."

They previously replaced a video chip on this device after it had been dropped, so they seemed the best place to go to fix the audio problem it had been having. I contacted them on the phone to make sure they could do the repair. They checked their inventory and made sure they had the part they needed to do the work. We dropped it off on Wednesday evening and picked it up the next evening. Seems to be working great now.
I have also contacted them previously about repairing some display problems with my 5th gen iPod Touch: they indicated that they could do the repair, but it would be expensive, and I should contact Apple to see about repairing or replacing it first. As a result I was able to get that device replaced for free under warranty: I should have thought of that myself, but I'm grateful to CPR for suggesting it!

Verizon sent me here when they couldn't give me any fix for my phone that wouldn't charge. Computer CPR looked at the phone, tested a good battery in it and tested my battery in a different phone. They made no promise they could fix it but said most likely it was just bad software and recommended a complete reboot. We tried it in the shop and it worked! My phone charges now and they wouldn't even let me pay. I have already recommended them to everyone I know. Great guys!

Super fast service and very courteous guys; repaired the glass on my iphone and then a few weeks later when the display was totally non-functional, they told me to bring it in and they fixed it at no charge since the original repair was covered by a six month warranty. Professional, courteous, affordable service; what more can you ask for? Saved me hundreds of dollars by fixing my iphone so I didn't have to consider buying a new one.
