Overall, I am very pleased with the service I was provided. When I initially took my computer in, Gary listened very carefully to what my issues were and treated me professionally. Again, when I returned for the second round, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I am very happy with the results. I've always thought I was computer savvy and never thought I would need to resort to hiring someone to bail me out. I'm glad I decided to go with Computer Troubleshooters and would not hesitate to return or to recommend them to someone else.

Offered me various options on styles of hard drives and prices. Explained option of reinstalling operation system by them or on my own. Gave me prices and options up front on everything. I had them install the hard drive and reinstall my operation system for me. Computer is working great and they had it repaired within 24 hours. My experience with them was excellent. I would use them again for computer repair needs. Also received 5% Angie's List discount.

Very professional and friendly when I called to ask questions. I ended up bringing my laptop in to be looked at. I had the angie's list coupon for a free diagnostic and they were very honest and told me my computer only needed some window's updates. They offered to do them for a fee or told me I could do them myself, which is what I chose to do. The whole thing ended up costing me nothing and they did not try to tell me a bunch of stuff was wrong with my computer when it wasn't. Will definitely use them again.

My old personal laptop (7 yrs old) stopped working & had several problems. Found CTC via Angie's list. The owners at CTC took my laptop, ran a diagnostics, & then made recommendations. I was so happy that my old laptop could be made fully functional again. Next day got back my laptop fixed and ready to go...with a new optical drive and OS. Was very pleased with the speedy service & how CTC explained everything so I could understand the problem & what was needed. Would highly recommend CTC & will be using them again.

I really appreciated the fact that they kept me informed of the process. When the part was delayed due to bad weather, I was informed and they called after completion to make certain I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again.

Everything, from the initial phone call for information to the final pickup of my laptop, met and exceeded my expectations. Feras Mash, the owner, checked out all the possibilities as to why my battery wasn't charging including trying different AC adapters, testing the battery (it was fine), and resetting my software drivers. Well worth the cost. I will definitely use Computer Troubleshooters of Carmel again.

I obtained a cryptovirus that encrypted all of the files on my PC.  I had hoped that the files would be able to be restored, but due to the type of virus, that wasn't possible.  Computer Troubleshooters was able to remove the virus from the PC and restore it back to factory settings.

Because it was too costly to repair, with my permission, they backed up recoverable files to a flash drive so that we could transfer the data to a new computer.  The process took less than three days with the initial diagnosis within the first day.  Though costly, saving the files that could be saved was  an economically sound decision.  The personnel were professional, pleasant. and thorough.  I would recommend them and use them again.

I could not get my laptop to run the program to install my printer. The technician exactly on time and got the printer installed. Along the way he discovered remnants of a printer I haven't had for years and removed them. The next day my wife had trouble printing from her laptop. I called to tell them about it and they explained that it must be a different problem because only my computer was involved. We resolved my wife's printer issue. Later in the day they called to see if we still had problems. I was very impressed with the follow up and their concern.
