The woman who did my mani/pedi was rushed. Didn't ask me about water temperature (too cold) then nearly burned my leg with the hot towel, hurt me with the cuticle cutters. I must have gotten so unlucky there bc the reviews I checked were pretty good b4 I decided to go there. Then as if the experience wasn't bad enough the polish came completely off my fingernail and chipped on one of my toes. Needless to say I won't be back.

Tommy and Nini always provide the best service. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. I have been going here for years and have never had one complaint. I highly recommend going here for all your nail and eyebrow needs, you will not be disappointed!

Nini was over booked so she started my fill then asked me if I would mind if I waited while she took second appointment. Asked me if I was going to get a pedicure. It was not the plan but didn't know what else I could do since I couldn't leave with half done nails. She finished other lady's manicure and after my pedicure finished my liquid gel fill. She had me pay full price for both mani and pedi and sent me on my way. 3 days later my liquid gel fill manicure that should last at least 2 weeks started to chip off! I have noticed the last few times that my nails have thinner product and don't last as long. I have been a faithful customer for several years but will not go back! I hate to write a bad review with them but feel their service has gone down hill even though Tommy and Nini are nice people.

Great Service, clean and comfortable salon!

I see Nikki at Clay Nails routinely for mani/pedi. She is very good and efficient as well as friendly and easy to work with.

I was looking for a nail salon and read the reviews of Clay Nails and was excited to go there. The salon is very nice and the staff friendly; but for the price I have had much better service. Clay Nails is alittle pricey. I was alittle surprised about how the and quot;toolsand quot; used did not seem to be very and quot;sterileand quot;. At other nail salons I have seen the staff take out their and quot;supplies from an oven-like deviceand quot; that sterilized the equipment. Clay Nails did not have any type of and quot;devicesand quot; that sterilize their equiptment. The staff take out their equipment from their drawers.
I do not plan on ever going back.

I am very h****** my nails, and as a diabetic, require careful attention to my feet. I began going to Clay Nails at the recommendation of a family member, and have been there half a dozen times in the last four months. The shop is spotless, with soothing music and decor. Services have been provided by at least three different technicians, and I have always been well pleased.

Call make an appointment and Ninny is on time always.

Recently moved to the area and needed a pedicure. Checked Angie's List and found what I was looking for. Easy to make an appointment. Great experience.

Having nice nails is something extremely important to me is after being through I don't know how many places here in IN I've finally found THE place in Clay Nails. Clean, fast, fairly priced and, most important of all, extremely good quality job. This place is THE place if you want a good long lasting manicure! Bonus: they do shellac pedicure (not everybody does)

Overall wonderful experience. Always do. The decor in there is so relaxing. They are very clean and not as expensive Carmel Nails. Constantly rearranging things and making it a comfortable environment that is relaxing. The lights are adjusted so nicely and subdued. It almost makes you fall asleep. I use Nicki and Doug because they are so kind because they know how difficult it is for me to walk. They always cater to my needs. They're very thoughtful and kind. I would not hesitate to refer someone to their business.

We have received services from three different ladies and they all did an excellent job. The foot and leg massage is so relaxing and heavenly. Great experience have nothing negative to say.

Had a pedicure with Nicki. Although I couldn't understand much of what she said, the pedicure was wonderful. Ultra-long massage of not only my feet but my lower legs also. The salt scrub she used left my skin feeling soft for a few days. Will go back and try the shellac manicure!

They can always fit you in even when they are busy and are very sweet and professional. Great results every time.

Overall the owner and his wife provide excellent service with p/w fills. Always happy with the results.

They do a good job; are efficient and professional. Having just been to New York and Boston and had manicures and pedicures in both cities, I was surprised that the cost here is quite a bit more expensive than there.
