As a full-service, locally owned cleaner since 1985, Classic Cleaners understands its discriminating customers’ needs and preferences. How much starch do you like? Do you prefer shirts hung or folded? Sleeves creased? How about sweaters? We’ll hang or fold them. These little details matter to us, and they’re at the fingertips of each of the service associates who serve your cleaning needs. To keep your wardrobe looking and feeling its best, we implement the latest, most effective dry cleaning and laundering technologies, backed by decades of hands-on experience and ongoing training in stain removal and restoration. Our customers’ time is precious. Classic Cleaners’ modern conveniences include 24-hour drop-off at 12 of our 18 locations, and 24-hour pick-up lockers at eight locations. In addition, we offer free home delivery within a wide service area. E-mail messages let you know when your cleaning is ready and inform you of monthly specials. Our Customer Connect interface lets you check your account 24/7 to see where your clothes are in real time and review all charges. Should you ever have an issue with the service or cleaning results you receive, your customer service associate will be happy to help, and executives of the company are also happy to address any issues personally.

All work was done on time and there was a special on getting 4 pants cleaned. I would go back again, although I rarely get my clothes dry cleaned.

Very good. I'm particular about my cleaning. I had an issue and the manager challenged me on the issue. She got defensive with me but did resolve the problem. Since the issue was resolved all of the other things I have had cleaned have been fine.

We used Classic Cleaners in Carmel for about a year and recently switched to a different cleaner. Quality and service was generally good, although a little higher in cost that others, but during the last 3 or 4 visits we experienced some problems with quality.

I think their service has been extraordinary. Driver introduced himself and provided his cell phone. Everything was top notch. They even cleaned our American flag at no charge.

I CALLED AROUND TO GET COSTS FROM A FEW DRYCLEANERS AND DECIDED TO USE THE NEW CLASSIC CLEANERS NEAR OUR HOUSE. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO MEET THE MANAGER, APRIL, WHO TOLD ME ON THE WAY IN THE STORE TO TELL THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DESK TO GIVE ME 30% OFF. I WAS ASTONISHED THAT SHE RECOGNIZED THAT I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER, BUT SHE SAID SHE KNOWS EVERY CUSTOMER'S FACE AND NAME. I COMPLETELY BELIEVED HER AND SHE'S PROVEN TO BE QUITE AN ASSET TO CLASSIC CLEANERS. WHEN MY COMFORTER AND SHAMS CAME BACK, THEY STILL HAD STAINS ON THEM, SO SHE SENT THEM BACK TO BE CLEANED AGAIN. WHEN THEY CAME BACK, THEY WERE MUCH BETTER, BUT THE STAINS WEREN'T COMPLETELY GONE YET. SHE SAID SHE'D GIVE ME THE OPTION OF HAVING THEM CLEANED AGAIN OR JUST REDUCING THE PRICE SIGNIFICANTLY. I WAS REALLY SATISFIED AT THIS POINT, SO I WAS HAPPY TO TAKE THE BEDDING HOME. SHE INSISTED I NOT PAY FOR THE CLEANING, OR THAT THE PRICE WOULD BE REDUCED TO $1.40. THE STAINS WERE BARELY DISTINGUISHABLE. APRIL ROCKS.
