THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION REGARDING THE PROCESS USED TO FILL IN THE CRACKS. OVERALL, THEY TRIED TO SATISFY ME AND GO OVER THE SURFACE SEVERAL TIMES. THERE WAS LOTS OF EDGING WORK NEEDED. THEY REALLY TRIED TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT WHAT MY EXPECTATIONS OF THE PROCESS WOULD BE. THEY GAVE ME A 3 YEAR GUARANTEE AGAINST ADDITIONAL CRACKING. OVERALL, GOOD JOB.
