Chateau Designs

Chateau provided a detailed schedule of work and payment.  The entire project completed on time.  Our designer was Tom Quinn and he was wonderful to work with - listened to our wish list and developed a design that fit our needs exactly.

Very, very, communicative as far as the process of ordering things and they were on time and elaborative on the whole process, Laura Bradley is a sweetheart!

Shannon/Chateau came to our home, listened & asked questions about what we wanted for our remodel. She was wonderful to work with and had many great design details we hadn't thought of. She oversaw the project and worked closely with our contractor. Very pleased with the finished projects. Shannon was so nice to work with.

Chateau Kitchens & Home Remodeling deserves the highest marks in design excellence, professionalism and focus on the customer. While the before and after pictures clearly show the fantastic transformation of our kitchen remodel, they do fail to tell the full story. We knew right away that Chateau was the right choice to lead our project after meeting Bob and Victoria on the initial design consult. While our budget target was certainly on the lower end of the price scale for a design/remodeling company and we were firm on doing a lot of the work ourselves, we received the same top notch service you would expect for a $$$ project. Throughout, we were impressed with the attention to detail and innovation Victoria put in her design, the expert craftsmanship Chris provided when installing the cabinets and the responsiveness and good communication with Paul, who oversaw the project, not only with us as the customer but also as our representative towards the cabinet and countertop makers. Additionally, Chris and Paul never seemed to mind our children's "helpfulness" and inquisitiveness. If they ever wanted to change professions we wouldn't hesitate to hire them as a babysitter ;-) We are very comfortable recommending Chateau Kitchens & Home Remodeling to our friends and family and if we ever embark on another major remodeling project, Bob's team will be our choice.

When my husband and I met with the Chateau ?team? at our home during the evaluation phase, which included owner Bob Moore, we felt confident that this was the company with the experience to take our project from design through execution. They proved to be outstanding! Chateau?s designer, Laura Bradley, was exceptional in listening to what we wanted to achieve through the remodel; her design expertise was truly invaluable throughout the entire project, down to the finest, smallest of details. We often remark how we could not have completed the project without her design expertise, recommendations, and help along every step of the way. The execution team was also outstanding! Mark, our project manager, was fantastic in keeping everything on schedule and keeping us informed, and Todd was top-notch with framing and cabinetry! Mark and Todd really went above and beyond to ensure every last construction detail was taken care of and also offered invaluable advice along the way. In fact, everyone associated with this project was friendly, professional, and accomodating including the assistants (Thomas and Steven), the CAD designer (Woody), the electricians (Mark and Matt), the drywaller (Bobby), the plumbers, and the painters. They were also fun to work with, which is exceptional considering the level of stress a project of this size could have generated; we felt so comfortable having them in our home, and the process went so smoothly from start to finish. We love everything about the remodel and the design....too many ?favorite? aspects to mention :) We definitely plan on using Chateau for our future remodeling needs and would highly recommend them to anyone!

There were definitely punctuality issues, not really due to Chateau Kitchens, but due to Classic Stone, the subcontractor for making and installing counter tops. As well, the plumbers were very late to reattach the disposal, which caused enough of a delay that the company with whom I had contracted to install a new water filtering system had to be rescheduled for another day. This was a problem because the day of the install was my only scheduled day off for the week. None of this was directly the fault of Chateau Designs, but as the lead contractor, it was my belief that it was their responsibility to advocate for me, as their client, to make sure that the process was completed correctly and on time. Instead of having everything completed on the one day I had set aside and was assured would be done, I had to plan my day and work schedule around completing the install of the counter tops two more days. The second day was to have the back splash installed (which my representative from Chateau Designs did not realize would take a second day) and then a third day, due to the installer forgetting one piece of back splash. Although Chateau Designs was not directly responsible for this lapse, as my contractor, they are ultimately responsible for making sure the process runs smoothly.
I was left with the opinion that Classic Stone did not consider Chateau Designs a very important customer and in turn, that made the process more drawn out and inconvenient for me.

It was wonderful working with Tom. He communicated very well throughout the process of measuring and installing the countertops. He also made sure everything was done to what we specified. Would definitely work with this company again for future kitchen or bath remodel needs.

We hired Chateau to design and build a bar in our basement, we had asked that they complete the job prior to race weekend. The project could not have gone smoother, the contractors they hired to complete the individual aspects of the job were top notch. The electrician, drywaller, cabinet installers, floor and tile installers were fantastic. We received 3 quotes for our bar but chose Chateau based on their attention to detail and professionalism, they were not the cheapest, but in our opinion we made the right choice. Woody, who oversaw the entire project was always on time and his communication was awesome, I knew who and when they would arrive at my home. Overall, we were happy we chose Chateau to complete our project!

When people complement the new kitchen I still get excited as I love my new kitchen.
We found everyone who is a member of the Chateau Designs team to be reliable, honest, and hardworking. They are creative and very willing to problem solve with you. They added a couple of small carved blocks around window in kitchen when we felt something was missing in that area.
They assisted us in selection of appliances, light fixtures, sinks, hardware. It is so wonderful to have someone who is as into the details as we were.
They left the work area very clean. They made sure that the new kitchen was cleaned to my satisfaction.

They were very professional and the project went very smooth! However the result was fantastic and our kitchen turned out beautiful!
