CENTURY 21 Scheetz - Carmel

Listing and selling house was fine but who knows how much of that was luck and timing.  It sold within 2 weeks.  We used the same agent to look for our new home which took a long time.  He set up MIBOR search and showed us numerous homes.  I kept telling him MIBOR wasn't working right but was treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about.  We were looking for specific things in a  home in a wide area to purchase.  We finally found a new agent, new firm after having words with the C21 agent and backing out of an offer because of an inspection.  The $250 cost was the charge from our attorney to send a letter to the sellers agent because our agent with C21 Scheetz would not help us get our earnest money back.

Gary Swift was recommended to us from a co-worker.  We interviewed several realtors and Gary was the most prepared and professional of all of them. We were first time home buyers and very nervous.  We had a particularly difficult situation dealing with the Sellers Agent.  Throughout this experience Gary provided us excellent service, he was easy to reach, provided sound advice, and at all times I felt he was protecting our interests.  Gary exceeded our expectations and really came through for us.  With so many things outside of our control going wrong we were very grateful to have Gary on our side.  We said several times during this transaction that "at least we have a great realtor".  We will use him again if we every buy or sell a house.

They are wonderful. They are husband and wife team. If Vicki is not available Kurt will step in. They were very helpful. Vicki showed me many homes, and she was kind, patient, and very thorough. They made buying me condo a great experience.
