It was an excellent service. Our salesperson, Brandon, not only sold us our phones but he helped us set them up as well. We can't say enough positive about him; he was so helpful and went the extra mile. We would recommend him to anybody. Both my wife and I had problems with our phones and my wife contacted Verizon three days ago on the phone. They attempted to help her but they weren't successful so they sent her a brand new phone. She already got it; it already arrived in the mail. That's pretty good customer service.

We were qualified for phone upgrades from our service provider (Verizon) but had numerous questions concerning calling plans, phone features, and phone reliability. Clayton spent well over two and a half hours patiently answering all of our questions, demonstrating phones, and helping us evaluate our options. He was very patient and helpful and we ended up by upgrading our phones and feel we got excellent service and attention. This was particularly gratifying because we have had less positive experiences at other Verizon ("corporate") locations. The Cellular Connection is a agent for Verizon and they represent the company and products very well. The price rating is related to Verizon's corporate pricing and is not a reflection on this agency.
