Excellent quality, looks just as good as it did prior to the alteration. Will definitely return for the next alterations I need. The pickup process took longer than expected, not sure the items are organized very well. Seemed like they needed to search and find my jacket.

I have used them just recently up here and I am so tickled. I found them on Angie's List and she is just amazing. It is a beautiful shop, beautifully decorated and very convenient to get to. They can do all kinds of things. I just had them handle a pair of pants and I was so thrilled with the way they turned out, they actually fit, right leg as well as the left and so I am just delighted. When I said how much do I owe you she said $10, I said what do you mean $10 and I think she thought she was too high, and I said you do not charge enough, as they had to take quite a lot of fabric off. So, I have decided she is my go to person for alterations.

They were very friendly in the shop. They did an excellent job. We went to her again because we had used her in the past to alter my mother's wedding dress for my daughter to wear for her first communion.

We needed  a tux altered and told them we wouldn't be needing it for a week.  But, we realized four days later we needed it for an event the next day.  We called them and an hour later we had the tux, all done, and it was perfect.  This was at closing time and I really appreciate their work.

We had a total of 3 visits. It should have taken just 2 visits but only partial work was done when we arrived for pickup (2nd visit). Kay is very sweet but very busy and somewhat disorganized. The finished gown, though is exactly what our daughter wanted.

They did a good job at a very reasonable price.  I only wish they had used a piece of black suede to reinforce the hole rather than a scrap of black cotton fabric (since you can see the fabric on the inside of the coat).  That would have made the difference between a good repair and an excellent one.
