 + -1 moreDon't use this guy! He will tell a lot of stories and when you try to argue with him he will say that you are not respectful. Respect is something that you have to earn, not pretend to get only based on the age. Stay away from him if you don't want to lose your money.
Description of Work: We rented from this guy an house (he was the owner) and left a deposit of 1100$ plus 300$ as cleaning deposit. We found the house in disgusting conditions like black sticky spots in the kitchen cabinets. He said that for his standards the house was clean. The garage was full of spider webs and dirty box that he never moved away. When we left the house at the end of the lease, we left it in pristine conditions but we refused to clean the garage and we left it as we found it. Guess what?! He refused to give us back our cleaning deposit saying that the house was dirty and he had to call someone to clean it. I asked him to provide me the bills and the answer was: " well, I don't know if I can find them". He just want to steal our money, also because a neighbor hear him to say at the cellphone with someone that we left the house cleaner than we found it at the beginning of the lease.
