They are currently working of the project and it is estimated to be completed in 4 weeks. There are 4 different contractors that have been out. I am pleased with what has been done so far. The project is in its beginning stages right now. I am pretty much handling the scheduling of the different services myself.

We love the upgrades to the kitchen. It had been approximately 17 years since Carmel Kitchens did the original upgrade to our kitchen. This year's upgrade added needed storage, provided more usable counter space, and a more functional sink and faucet. Needless to say, the kitchen is now more modern, more open and more visually appealing.

All I can say is they were great! They permitted to me act as my own general contractor on everythnig except the cabinets and counters. Together we made a beautiful kitchen. Great range of goods, excellent installers and professional as they could be.

Four or five years ago, Carmel Kitchen Specialists installed new kitchen countertops for me, and I was so pleased with the price and quality that there was no need to shop around when I wanted to replace the vanity in the bathroom. Their quote for the kitchen countertops was lower than that of a major home improvement chain store, which really surprised me.

I would absolutely recommend them. Jenny Collins was my designer and she was fantastic to work with. She listened to the things I wanted but also gave her ideas. We ran into a couple of small issues but they fixed them very quickly and came back right away. They were very minor things. If I ever had to remodel a kitchen again, I would definitely use them.

They did an excellent job. Julie King, the designer was very attentive and there were times when I was really indecisive about things and she was able to walk me through this. I also needed a contractor to do some other work within the kitchen and I was ready to give it up and Carmel Kitchens referred me to someone and they used and I was happy with the end result. They have always been very responsive and great people to work with! You can trust them.

Everything was excellent from customer service to the actual work performed. From the start to the finish of the project, I was very pleased with their work and service. Everyone that works for them was absolutely wonderful. On piece was slightly the wrong color and they changed it to the right color. They were very professional. In fact, they saved me money by telling me which upgrade would benefit my kitchen without an overwhelming price tag. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat!

They estimated 6-8 weeks for the project, however the project lasted over 2 months. My caution to others would be to find out what the delivery time of the actual materials will be. They didn't order my cabinets until there were more orders from customers as the cabinets were coming from Canada. The actual installation of the cabinets took a coulple of hours.

We were extremely pleased with Carmel Kitchen Specialists and would highly recommend them. Our designer, Julie, was very pleasant to work with - responsive, knowledgeable, and creative. Julie listened to our ideas and came up with a design that transformed our kitchen into a much more functional and attractive space, while staying within our budget. We felt the quality of work was excellent and couldn't be more pleased with the finished project. We will definitely use Carmel Kitchen Specialists again.

Overall it went well, except I used their plumber who hooked the dishwasher back up to the water supply. A leak developed and the plumber came back and fixed it, but said it was Carmel Kitchen's fault because when they designed the kitchen, they had to move the dishwasher to allow for wider cabinets. When they (Carmel Kitchen workers) put the dishwasher back in place, the hose was messed up which resulted in the leak. The plumber did not charge me for the time he came back to fix the leak, and Carmel Kitchens paid for that.

They did a great job of matching our other cabinets. They are not the cheapest but they are the only people in time that carried our line of cabinets.

They were terrible. Carmel Kitchen ruined my kitchen disposal and my underneath cabinetry and I had to buy a new disposal. They still have yet to replace the cabinetry. They put in an island in my kitchen and put it in a different location than my existing island and the lance above my old island did not match up any more. They then had to come out and redo it and ruined the floor and they had a mess electrically. They would not even pay for replacing a $2 knob they ruined on my cabinets.

Our designer, Jenny Collins, worked with us for several months to arrive at the best way to update our small kitchen. She guided us through the planning and the selection of our cabinets and hardware. The installers were very thorough, and did a beautiful job. They also built a window seat and replaced our baseboards. We were thrilled with their level of professionalism, punctuality and willingness to make us satisfied customers.

I found the lady knowledgeable. Sometimes she would agree with me, and sometimes she would be honest. I liked that about her. The man who came out for the job was very efficient and cleaned up well afterwards. It was very easy and very smooth.

Jenny (salesperson), Jan (service manager), and Dave (installer) were universally pleasant, professional, and helpful with all the little glitches that are inevitable in even a minor remodel. They all take pride in their work and the final product shows it. We're quite pleased with the result.

They are awesome. The workers were nice and worked hard. They tried to do it as quickly as can, by working late and coming as often as they can. The designer worked with us on price to find something in our price range. The work is beautiful.
