 + -1 moreSince they changed ownership last year, I've been having issues. They have lost items and just today there were holes in my husband's shirt and they became very defensive when this issue came up. I will be seeking a new cleaner for future services.

 + -1 moreThey have always done a great job. Steve their driver is the main reason we do business with them, he has our garage access code and we know we can trust him. If there is a problem with an article of clothing they always call and let us know that it's torn or stained etc., and I think that's cool that they tell you ahead of time.
Description of Work: They have been our cleaners for years, and they pick up at our house.

 + -1 moreI HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER A YEAR AND WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR PRICES AND WORK. HOWEVER, WITHIN THE LAST MONTH OR SO, I HAVE NOTICED A DECLINE IN WORKMANSHIP (E.G., CLOTHES ON HANGERS ARE WRINKLED AND CRUSHED). AT A RECENT VISIT, HAD TO WAIT 10 MINUTES WHILE ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND STORE ATTENDANT SEARCHED ITEM BY ITEM FOR THE CUSTOMER'S CLOTHES. WHEN I LEFT, THEY WERE STILL SEARCHING. FOR QUALITY REASONS, I HAVE DECIDED TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER VENDOR.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH ALL OF OUR CLEANING, AND THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE ALSO FAST. I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB THEY DID ON MY WEDDING DRESS, WHICH WAS FILTHY!
