My guy was not available for a couple of weeks so I made a mistake by searching on line and stumbled across this company. I had a leaking dishwasher valve. The sent a guy who is inexperienced and spoke 0 English. We used google translator to work thru that aspect. He ordered the value and came back a few days later. He put the dishwasher on its side and water from the bottom of the unit ran all over the control panel shorting it out. The valve could have been easily replaced from the side of the unit. He took the panel and is coming back today 10 days later. Not sure if he dried out the panel, got a new one or a refurbished one and it we will even have a satisfactory repair at the end of the day. Save yourself, this company has no one who works for them they are a dispatch company and reach out to available contractors to do the work for whom they have no control or influence over and make their money on the service call side. What a cluster. Save yourself and wait for your guy!

Few days before Thanksgiving my just over 1 yr old refrigerator stopped working. I had just shopped for a 20 person celebration. LG could not come out for 4 days. I was desperate! Made appointment with Carmel Appliance for next day. They canceled appointment due to a vehicle breakdown. Unbeknownst to me, they sent a contractor (S&M appliance) next evening. The repairman diagnosed my problem on phone before he even arrived. Being a bit of a DIY person I had taken it somewhat apart so that he could easily get to parts. He did not test anything. Started putting it back together (wrong), missed a screw hole and punctured a new one. (I repaired after he left). He told me that I needed freon. Charged $560.00. He also told me that he was called out more for LG and Samsung. If this is so, how did he not know (which I found out after the fact) that this service is covered for 7 years thru LG. I feel that he completely took advantage a my situation at the time and being a female.
