I am very disappointed. After so many years of using their service, they would not even consider sending someone to look at my lawn, or to do anything about it. I will not use them again.

I called Michael Burch and left many messages asking him if there might a connection between the repair work done on the rear mower wheels and the fact that the wheel stems or bolts broke. Someone finally called me back two weeks later and said Burch would pick up the mower on a certain day. Two days past: no mower pick up and no phone call. I was so disappointed and angry with the unprofessional response; and, because of this experience, I will no longer use Burch for the winter maintenance.(I recently took the mower to Reynolds and got it repaired.)

THEY USED A BIG MOWER IN FRONT YARD AND A SMALL MOWER IN BACK, AND THE BIG MOWER HAS RUINED MY YARD. I ASKED THAT THEY USE THE SMALL MOWER AND THEY SAID IT TOOK TOO LONG. I NOW HAVE LARGE RUTS IN THE FRONT YARD. I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE RAIN. I REQUESTED THAT THE OWNER COME EVALUATE THE PROBLEM AND DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS THE MOWING OR THE RAIN. HIS WIFE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT WHEN HE HAD TIME. PREVIOUSLY ASKED FOR A QUOTE FOR MULCHING AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.

HE PROVIDES PICK UP AND DELIVERY. THEY'D CALL, BOTH BEFORE PICK UP AND DELIVERY. THE MOWER IS STEERING SO MUCH EASIER AND RUNS BETTER SINCE HIS WORK.
