BioSweep was referred to me by my carpenter when he gave me an estimate for work to be done in my basement. He said that he had worked with the company often and he was relatively inexpensive and very complete and satisfying to those who used him for remediation work. So, when he called me to visit, I invited him to my home for an estimate. I was so pleased with his approach to the work to be done that I cancelled the company which I had first talked with about doing "remediation" but that company wasn't going to do any where close to what this company did for me...and the price wasn't significantly different than the former company which had given me an estimate for work to be done. I am very satisfied with BioSweep. I am confident that there will never be any biological growth in my basement again. Further, he made time to get my job done within a week whereas the other company wished to schedule me out five weeks because they were too busy. Hopefully, I will never need their services again but if I do, BioSweep is clearly the company I will call.
Description of Work: This company sprayed antimicrobial solution to affected basement block walls. They scrubbed, dried and repeated the process when necessary. They applied a commercial grade antimicrobial sealant to all treated walls and sealed an entire previously unpainted cement block wall. They performed remediation of the Basement wood. For that they used a HEPA Air Scrubber, set up containment to separate the basement from the upstairs of the house. They used a HEPA vacuum and sprayed with EPA approved anti-microbials, brushing and wiping. They treated 100% of all visle bicrobial growth, expecially the floor joists, studs, baseplates, etc. For the joists enclosed with a drop cieling, they fogged in antimicrobial solution with a ULV fogger above the entire drop ceiling to treat for growth. They also treated under the stairwell. They completely cleaned the area when completed.

Went very well. There was a small hiccup, but Garry offered to make the correction and I was very pleased. If I have another mold problem, I will most certainly call them. Very good company.
