THEIR SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. THEY WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS WHEN WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH LEAKS AND AN EXPOSED SPRINKLER PIPE. THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND TO NUMEROUS CALLS FOR FALL SHUT DOWN SERVICE, WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PART OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT. MOREOVER, AFTER NOT RETURNING CALLS, THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TRY AND BILL US FOR THE SHUT DOWN SERVICE THEY NEVER PROVIDED (WE GOT ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO IT).
