Lori is MIRACLE !!!!! My mother and I had to urgently move from one apartment to another. We were both under a great deal of stress and also have some mobility issues. Lori helped us to go through our entire home and purge 7 years of items that we really did not need or want to move to our new home. She kept us on track and took truck loads of items for donations or recycle. Lori is very clear to ensure what you want to keep, give to family, donate, or recycle. Trash is not encouraged and she has contacts with charities that can make use almost any item that you are no longer using. It was refreshing and wonderful to see someone so committed to charity and recycle. Items I really thought were trash she found options that can make use of the items. She worked with my mother to pack our entire kitchen and more, then came to new location to unpack. She completely organized our new pantry and kitchen. She helped us unpack and clear out all the boxes from move, with patience, kindness, and RESPECT. ONE extra big bonus us as well, LORI LOVES DOGS and even fosters them. We could not board our 3 small dogs during the move because of spring break. They were just as stressed as we were and all of our pups just love her. My brother was also helping with our move, he tried to tip her for all the hard work and wonderful service but Lori would not accept. She returned the extra money on her next visit. She is coming back to organize our new garage with Christmas storage and "garage" stuff. If you need to get that junk room, basement, garage, or closet cleared out and organized then call Lori. You will not regret it!!!!! It is an amazing feeling to be able to find the items you are looking for instead of chaos. You find room you did not know you had or that long lost photo. THANK YOU LORI !!!!!!!!!!! We could not have survived having to move our home in week's time without Lori. We will definitely be calling here again and hopefully she can keep us organized going forward.

Lori helps with whatever you need and provide gentle encouragement and advice.  We've loved working with her.  She has saved us a lot of money through her knowledge of where and how to sell and/or donate, but, most of all, she's kept us on track with our move, which is our top priority.  She's friendly and cheerful; I've enjoyed chatting while working with her, too.  She's low-pressure (but not a pushover; she'll keep reminding you of what you need to be doing and the best way to get it done.  
Lori came highly recommended by a friend from work, and she has fully justified that recommendation.  From simple but amazing effective advice (for example, how to move through a room emptying it so as to prevent distraction and wasted time) to specialized information about tax deductions and hazardous waste disposal), she's proved indispensable.  She will also drop off many of your resale items and donations and bring back your money and donation receipts without charge.  
She is a trained nurse, so she is also good at working with seniors and people with medical conditions; she understands what's needed and how to provide it gracefully.
She is not bossy, but she does make sure that you don't forget what you're supposed to be doing and that you do it as efficiently as possible.  She's flexible about timing and is willing to help with whatever you need.  We recommend her most highly!

She had all the equipment and we did a walk-through when she was done.  She took care of old paint and similar items.  Whatever I wanted to discard, she took care of it.  Some items were donated to an organization.
She was pleasant to chat with but she never stopped working.  She worked for 6 days at $45 an hour.  Some days were 3 hours and the last couple of days were 6 and 7 hours.
She gave me some tips on moving.

Lori has been helping me with downsizing and organizing my home & on 3/12/15 we attacked the garage.  I was amazed at how much we accomplished in 3 hours! We systematically purged items on the shelves, walls and floor, organized items to keep, items for garage sale & the rest went into either recycling, donations box or trash. This morning a service worker was in my garage & commented that it was the cleanest garage he'd ever been in, 2nd only to his mom who scrubs her garage floor ;).  Lori is a great resource & worth every penny! She keeps me motivated.

I am very happy with her. She cuts time sometimes because it is expensive. She's been phenomenal. She is amazing. I've asked her to do counseling but she is not a counselor. Her work is good and impeccable. I've worked with other people that are not professional organizers but if things were not as they were when they left and they come back they are disappointed or mad and don't want to come back...she is not that way. She is very professional and personable.

I cannot recommend her highly enough. She always arrives on time, works for a three-hour period, When she leaves, she takes away everything you are getting rid of, to the various sites you designate (Goodwill, recycle place, Teachers' Treasure, etc) on her own time.
She brings back the receipts the next time she works with you. She is so knowledgeable about what to keep or save, what has value, what paperwork to save, etc. She is a bundle of energy. Does the legwork for you.
She is well-worth hiring to help you through the overwhelming job of cleaning out your home.

Lori was able to come and help me organize a unique set of files. It took several hours and I still have more to do, but she has me put on the right path.
She arrived on time and was ready to jump in. We discussed my needs and how to get to where I need to be. Organizing this type of stuff is not something I enjoy doing. Lori kept me on task, was never critical or judgmental. Great suggestions. She listened to my ideas, and she guided me to better solutions.

I recently moved from Switzerland to the US after buying a condo here in Indianapolis. I was looking for someone to help me move into my condo when my container arrived from Switzerland. I found Lori on Angie's List and with all the great reviews she had, I decided to give her a call. Thank goodness I did! What a blessing she is, truly. My container arrived August 9th and Lori worked her buns off the 9th, 10th and 12th of August to get me moved in. And at the end of those 3 days, i was completely moved in, settled, organized and ready to live in my home. Lori is fantastic. She's so upbeat and full of energy. She may be tiny but she is so strong and never stops. She stays completely calm no matter what's going on, and was able to keep me calm as well. She made the entire move-in experience completely enjoyable. And THAT is not something I ever thought I'd say about moving, one of the things in this world I dislike the most! Lori collected all the things I didn't want and depending on the type of item, she donated it all to various charities where it seemed to make the most sense. She kept track of everything, categorized and photographed it and provided receipts for the donations. She also collected boxes, paper, etc., for recycling and documents to take away and shred. She is one of the most ethical people I've met, as well as very caring about the environment and how to help others in this world. I also had her come back this week on Sept 10th to help me sort through years and years of paperwork and memorabilia. We spent 5 1/2 hours and at the end of it, voila!, I had an excellent filing and storage system and had eliminated piles of things I no longer needed that Lori took away to either recycle or shred. Whether you need help moving, or organizing your home or garage, Lori is definitely the go-to person. You could not find anyone better.

Fabulous. We have the garage very organized now and she was very knowledgeable about how to dispose of some items, including whether some items were still good or not. She was very efficient and prompt as well. She was very helpful with knowing various organizations that could use some of the items and she took them for free and provided a listing for our records.

Lori met with us to discuss her charges and everything her company offers. We decided on dates and time frames to get started. Lori is a real go getter, full of energy. She brought boxes for recycled items, donations and shredding. We started in the kitchen and basement. Lori would run between the two of us carrying items and filling boxes. She is decisive, offers advice on what to keep and what you should discard or donate. She insists on lifting and carrying the filled boxes herself. Lori knows her business and keeps you moving! Her organization skills are top notch and make sense for look and space. We continue our work with Lori as we go through our home preparing it for sale. She will also help us when moving time comes. She will help with packing and go with us to our new location to unpack and setup our new home. Downsizing is overwhelming, but working with Lori makes it manageable. She's the greatest, so glad we found her on Angie's List.

She helped organize and pack a bunch of music equipment, tools, collectibles and artwork that we drove down to Florida in 2 cars, one of which was an SUV. The collectibles included a vintage pachinko machine that she built a custom box for out of corrugated cardboard. The artwork included several larger, framed pieces with glass that she also built custom boxes for. She expertly packed the cars so that they were well-balanced, drove well, and nothing shifted noticeably along the way (even on the mountain roads through Tennessee). She was careful not to overload the cars and to leave enough clearance so we could see out the rear view windows. However, both cars were filled to capacity. Everything arrived intact and nothing broke. Throughout the process, her cheerful and efficient presence helped keep us focused, on track for our departure date and a lot calmer than we otherwise would have been (including with each other)!

Overall the experience with Lori has been a blessing to me. My house would still be sitting to this day had it not been for Lori. She has helped me move this process along and I am truly thankful that there are people like Lori out there who are willing and capable of helping make things easier. I can only imagine if my situation were different and dealing with the loss of a parent or loved one and cleaning out their home, Lori would be the perfect choice!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderfully life changing this was....and in the best possible way. Imagine rooms full of clutter and overstuffed closets transformed into models of organization, with everything in place. We didn't have to give up our beloved books and favorite possessions but we were able to go through years of old clothing and items we no longer needed to make space for what we love..and we could finally see our cherished items again! We started in the family room and heaps of books and magazines as well as every stuffed cabinet. In what seemed like no time, the room was transformed. And that is how it went, room by room, including even holiday items and the refrigerator.
