When I first started looking for houses I called Andy, whom was referred by a friend. He was very helpful, sent me a list of houses within my price range and the area I was looking for. He told me to pick a few I liked, drive by, and let him know when I wanted to see a house. This was my first time buying a home and he walked me thru the whole process. We met at his house to go over information. He is easy to get a hold of, if you need to leave him a voicemail and always returns your calls. After purchasing the house he checked up to make sure I still loved the house. I have referred him to a friend and will use him again in the future.

ANDY SANDLER IS AN INDEPENDENT BROKER--HE WORKS SOLELY FOR HIS CLIENT. HE WORKS VERY HARD, SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY, SOLVED A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE SELLERS, WAS A TOUGH NEGOTIATOR WITH THE SELLERS, AND PROVIDED US WITH A FANTASTIC HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE.
