I was pleased. I think that they did a good job at appraising my home. I would recommend them to others. I think however, they could be more punctual. I also think that they need to confirm the appointment time, not me. He needs to take better care in explaining to us the terms of the appraisal.

Paul was there quick. Him being there was unplanned, but he was free and I had an inspection going on, so we scheduled him at the same time to keep me from having to go twice. He was very flexible. His appraisal is appears to be thorough. I plan to have this company reappraisal the home when my rehab is complete.
