I have been looking into laser hair removal for years. I received a call offering me 300 off services. I have been price checking here and Chicago where I used to live. This company does not have a Doctor on site to oversee procedures and has crazy high prices. After my consultation I would receive about a phone call a week offering a lower price for the services. the total cost for legs was around 3,500, by the end of the week it was around 1,500.00 because "they really wanted me as a client". If the company didn't have such high prices they wouldn't have to have such big discounts and pressure someone into getting the work done. I found the whole ordeal unprofessional and decided to go with another medical office in the area where a Doctor will actually perform the procedures. And I won't feel pressured by the staff on site.

TERRIBLE! I wanted to have laser on my lip, chin, underarms and bikini area, a gift from the hubby. They guaranteed that it would be gone within a year. A year and 1/2 later it still wasn't gone. Not even close to being gone. They originally told me it would take about 5 or 6 sessions with possible "touch-ups" in the following year. A few years prior to this, I visited a different place and was told that, "laser really doesn't work well on blonde hair"! I asked American Laser, in which they claimed that the equipment was different and yes, we can guarantee hair removal from blondes as well. Of course, they want to be paid up front so there really is no recourse. We tried for at least 6 months to get our money back. I hated giving up, but, what do you do? It still upsets me till this day! Laser hair removal, yes! American Laser, no! I am really not difficult to get along with when I receive at least what they've promised. I am very easy going, but they were horrific when we tried to settle this problem.
