ASP has been great. Brett is easy to schedule with and work with. He's happy to teach how to take care of the pool and always makes himself available for follow up, if needed. We also priced him against options, and he's very fair and transparent about what he's charging. Wish more service providers were like this...

Brett and Steve are great - friendly, and down to earth, you can tell they enjoy their work. Most importantly, you feel like you can trust them! They do what they say they are going to do, and communicate very well. As we all know living in Indiana - weather can make scheduling tricky. They over communicate, which is very, very, important to me. I can tell you that most contractors, in general, do not follow up / communicate, so this is very appreciated. They have consistently given me good guidance, with pool jobs / issues, and are very fairly priced. You can tell they care about taking care of customers, gaining their trust with quality advice and service. I've stopped having anyone quote against them ( which is rare for me) because of my trust in their advice and service. I would highly recommend Brett and Steve of ASP. Best pool service I've had.

Steve came out to my home in March to assess the problems with my old liner because of the tough winter that caused my old liner to tear.  He came out again in early May and discussed all I needed to do to help prepare the pool for a new liner.  I was simply unable to get the sand leveled myself, so that also became a part of their job.  Both Steve & Brett came on Memorial Day weekend on Sunday, and worked tirelessly to level the sand and make sure all was perfect before the liner installation.  Once that was completed, they installed the liner shield, the foam coves, and the wall foam.  Then they worked on the liner, making sure all wrinkles were out.  Overall, it took about 5 hours and the pool looks incredible!  Both guys were extremely nice & made sure it was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Steve has called to follow up to make sure all went well with the water fill of the pool & to check for any problems.  I would highly recommend these men as they understand how important customer service really is and did a fantastic job!!!
