Tire Barn

I have purchased two sets of tires from Tire Barn in Camby and their work and service is excellent. My first purchase from them was in 2008 and recently in November 2013. On 2/14/2014 they replaced one of my tires due to road damage and it had to be ordered. The tire came in the next day as promised and it was replaced in 20 minutes. Their other services I have used are tire rotation, balancing, and alignment. Their service is quick and professional. I will continue to be a customer of Tire Barn and I highly recommend them.

I had a rather large screw embedded in my tire. They removed it and plugged the tire, all went smoothly.

.Stay away! After pulling a 6" piece of metal from my rear tire, my husband checked on feasibility of repair. Unfortunately, the puncture was too large to be repaired on safely. But then my husband was informed he could not replace only 1 tire as the difference in tread would invalidate the manufacturer warranty on the differential. AND, they could give him a great price on 4 new tires! Needless to say he left the business and went elsewhere.

My 80 year old mother went to Tire Barn at my suggestion to have her car aligned. It was pulling to one side. When the car was in the bay being worked on, she went in to make sure they checked the tire pressure. The technician said they do that as part of the service. She waited about an hour for the alignment to be done, paid her bill and left. When she arrived home she said the car was still pulling to one side. My nephew drove the car and it had the same problem as before the supposed alignment. My nephew took the car back for a "do over". Instead of them putting him into the garage at the next opening he had to wait in "line" again to have the car serviced. He spoke up about this and was fluffed off. When the technician came out to talk to him the tech mentioned that he had forgotten to check the tires and that he would make sure he did that. So apparently "normal procedures" were not followed. The car drove fine after the second attempt but the experience was totally awful. In addition, I called the shop in the morning because since it was my mother's birthday I wanted to pay for the alignment. They were totally nonresponive to this request and could have cared less. All they had to say was it was against their policies. No other solution was offered or even an offer to make a note of her attended arrival.

They got my vehicle in and the work was done quickly and efficiently.
