Great work

We bought our house last Aug and hoped to ride the HVAC system through one more season, but this summer proved too much for the cooling. I contacted TCS and they came out within a day to assess and give quote. We were scheduled within a few days (and I'm sure they are getting crushed at this time of year). I also contacted Jeff with questions prior to installation and he came back out one more time to discuss. This is our second time working with them and would recommend to friends and family.

Good provided good honest feedback on condition of both.

I highly recommend TCS. The installers were efficient and skilled. They were prepared, worked hard to do the job right, and performed top notch work along with the materials and Trane equipment. All were professional and great to work with. TCS provided the best pricing out of 3 quotes I obtained, and were very straightforward with no sales gimmicks. Overall, a very good experience.

The new system works great and the upstairs master bedroom/bathroom is comfortable with its own wifi thermostat. Downstairs has its own wifi thermostat and able to schedule to be more efficient over night. Jeff came back a couple times to make some tweaks which was much appreciated. I would definitely hire TCS for my future HVAC needs.

Jeff and his crew installed the top of the line Trane Heat Pump, electric furnace, electronic air cleaner, humidifer and programable thermostat. I am so happy with their work. The system is so quiet now. I have cut my electricity usage way down. I highly recommend Temperature Control Specialities to everybody, especially since they carry the full line of Trane products.

This is interesting because I had TCS out to my house before and they were prompt, informative, well priced, and performed their services well.  This Spring and Summer I have tried to call them to come service my A/C unit.  My wife and I have tried to call them 7-8 times now to try to get someone to schedule an appointment.  I have yet to be called back.  Desperately needing servicing, I have moved on to another company.
So my ranking is a mix of when I was able to get them out to my house and this years experience.

Shaun was very informative and knowledgeable.  He did a leak check, and found a leak, which the other company did not do. He found a loose fitting, recharged the system, and it works great! He saved us a ton of money.   Thank you very much Shaun! God bless you!!  This is not the first time this company has saved us money by finding a repair instead of a total replacement.  This happened with our boiler over a year ago.   We are very impressed with the quality of their service.

The installation was completed efficiently with good communication all the way through.  I have two children at home and the installers were very kind and patient to my more curious child.  After this very cold winter, I have no regrets about our decision to replace the systems.  We are very pleased!

Very well. They came at the appointed time, finished the work and cleaned up. All very well done.

The technicians showed up on time and were more than willing to answer questions.  They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and explaining the new system.  I will definately use them again.  I have used them in the past and am very satisfied with their work.

I did not dislike anything; I think they are great. They are very knowledgeable, seem very honest and their pricing was excellent.

I called the company number and left a message to be called back to schedule routine service. I was called back the same day and scheduled the service at my convenience within a few days. The technician was on time, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He completed the service in about an hour, changed the filter, made some adjustments, and included an inspecion in the attic since I had a question about the flue. I have used TCS for everal years and am always satisfied with their service.

I have used this person before and trust his honesty. When the furnace began making a new noise I called this complany to come out forthe annual maintenance which was overdue and to discover problem. Thorough maintenance done. He believes a certain part will soon need to be replaced but no need yet.

The owner of the company actually came to give me the quote and to review the system. I was really impressed because I could tell you he really knew what he was talking about. He pointed out a few things about the set up that they would need to do differently because I am replacing a furnace from the 1970s with a new furnace. I had a humidifier that I had installed on my old furnace that they were going to put back one to my new furnace. They pointed out a flaw in the way that the system was set up and they corrected that. They got the furnace in. I was just really pleased with their service. After all of my quotes, they gave me the best deal.

They cleaned up everything when they left. They called each day to tell us when they would be here and when they were leaving. We were very pleased with them.
