When I purchased the display they told me that it would be about a month before I could bring it home, but it took 8 weeks. I kept calling and they told me they would have them down as soon as they could. They had my display outside when I went to go pick it up. When I got it home the crown molding and toe kick were missing the countertop was warped and would not fit the cabinets. When I called the manager of the store about it, he said there was nothing they could do because I bought it as is, but they left them outside to get broken and ruined. They said I could come in and they would look for the items that were missing but they could not find them. The manager of the cabinets started pricing everything and then went to the manager of the store to help me get reimbursed. They worked out a deal and I got paid back 241 dollars of the 1500 I originally paid. If it hadn't been for Tim, the manager of cabinetry, I would never have gotten reimbursed.

Initially, when they brought it out it was incorrect. They did there best to get the correct parts out as soon as possible.
