Don't even wait for the other guys let you down, just call Jensen's. We had a nightmare with another company that the last homeowners recommended when our heater busted. It took weeks to get sorted out with the other guys and I finally had enough as their price kept increasing and weeks crept by. Matt and Eric at Jensen's were there to save the day for me. They got a new heater installed, VERY affordably, within a week, in the middle of summer! Everyone was so pleasant, and get this: THEY ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL THEM! I know that sounds so basic in terms of customer service, but when's the last time you were able to reach your pool company with ease? I will be using them for anything I can in the future, and you should too. I am getting an auto cover quote from them next week and I'm also going to use them to close my pool. I know they don't do weekly service but for anything else I would highly recommend them!

Would not recommend Dave Jensen to install a pool after explaining to him that I wanted a step off of my patio down to the pool deck he set the elevation of my pool after questioning the height of the pool he reassured me it was correct based on the step I wanted. On day of pouring the concrete I found out that what he thought I wanted was my pool deck to come up to my patio thus causing a giant hill on the backside of my pool where my yard was Fairly flat before. It also caused me to have a step up coming out of my garage service door. At the time they were poring the concrete Dave was already gone. When I complained about how it turned out his comment was it is what it is. Now he refused to fix the problem. During this whole process not one time did he take notes on what I wanted. My mistake was paying the full $65000.00 before they were finished. They don't seem to care now since they got there money. There were other issues I'm still trying to get resolved but very poor customer service.

Great continue using services and purchasing supplies.

We had trouble getting the company who installed our pool to fix it when the sides collapsed, so we finally got Jensen's to fix it for us. We always had positive experiences with them. They're very friendly, nice and helpful. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or anything.

Very well done. The liner looks great. I have been using this company for about 2 years. In every instance, both at the store and at my home, the people have been very knowledgable and polite. I've had them open and close my pool, install a heater, and diagnose a leak problem. They do computerized water testing at the store free and you get a print out of what chemicals you need to correct a problem.

Last year I need a new cover for my pool. I had a safety cover installed. They came and measured, ordered and installed the right one for me. They gave me all the options and didn't try to push me to a overpriced product that I didn't need. I feel safe with my grandchildren and pets around the pool in the winter.

There were 3 guys that came out and they worked as a great team. They were efficient and very friendly and very polite. Their prices were competitive.

I have them come out and open/close for the season change every year. It went awesome. They are very easy to work with and very knowledgable.

We had originally bought an oval pool through Family Leisure. What a disaster that turned out to be. The contractor Dave Robinson destroyed our yard. When we talked to Family Leisure about all the problems we were having with their contractor, they did nothing to help us. We begged for someone else to install the pool and they said no. We returned the pool and went to Splash pools which was close to our home. We were going to buy a pool from them but after hearing everything we went through they were honest enough to let us know that it would be quite sometime before they could get it installed and recommended Jensen's. Let me say again, such a great experience from the moment we walked through the door. Their staff is so courteous and very knowledgeable. These people listened to our story, never rushed us and took time to explain every question that we asked. We bought an oval pool from them and it was installed with in two weeks, the exact timeline they gave us. The installers were hard working and so polite. They too took the time to explain everything to us and never once made us feel like we were a pain or annoying. Even after working over eight hours in our yard.
I think one of the things that made me trust this place was that most of them had pools, both above and inground. We asked about everything from salt water to chlorine, to pool lights, ladders and vacuums. they told us what they liked and what really wasn't necessary.
We've been back to the store now quite a few times to take in water samples and ask more question and still they are so nice and extremely patient.
I highly recommend this company. True professionals!

They are excellent. They come out, they go above and beyond what is required to fix the problem.

The price they quoted was about $25,000 for that work. They all put a little more in their concrete and they were actually pretty thorough. They did not come out, I went to them and they were professional.
