We are a family owned and operated carpet cleaning business. We started Gray’s Carpet Cleaning Service in January of 2000 and I have over twenty years of experience in the floor care industry. Gray’s Carpet Cleaning Service employs the hot water extraction method. This system is most widely recommended by the major carpet mills and manufacturers. We use powerful truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment that will deep clean without soaking your carpet. This system will provide maximum cleaning with minimal residue; your carpets will be softer, more beautiful and stay clean longer. We precondition the carpet to suspend soil Pre-spot stubborn stains Extract and rinse with soft water at 230 degrees Tab or block furniture as needed Apply Teflon Protector (optional) Use Turbo Dryers as needed After we are finished cleaning your carpet, we will review the entire job with you to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. Mr. Gray and his son, Anthony, arrived right on time, got to work and were done in no time. Less than 4 hours later, the carpet is just about dry.

These guys are the stain-meisters! My wife and I were sure we would have to replace the carpet in a hallway and bedroom where there were many stains. To our delight, the carpet looks almost like new. They were very courteous, easy to schedule, and were there right on time. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We have used Gray's Carpet Cleaning recently for both our rental property and newly purchased primary residence. At both job sites the employee came promptly and began work immediately. The employee was professional and courteous. In both residences every carpeted area was cleaned. We were very pleased with the results at both residences. The prices were very competitive and fair. We will definitely keep them in mind for future cleaning.

Wonderful customer service from the minute they answer the phone to the quick work of cleaning the carpets. Highly recommend them. When we purchased our home 3 months ago we were sure we would have to put new carpet in 3 of the 5 rooms but after Gray's came out the floors looked great! Just before we were to move in we ran into several snags that have prevented us from moving in, and the constant trail of workers in and out of our house dirtied up the carpets something awful, so I knew I had to have Gray's out again before we moved in. Hopefully it'll be a while before I have to have them out again. :) A great local company that does a superior job that is prompt with friendly service... you just don't run into that everyday.

Newly purchased house had carpets w/terrible stains & we were contemplating having to replace carpet completely. We decided to give this company a try since we had seen the good reviews on Angie's List AND a recommendation by the Realtor. Was able to schedule an appointment right away. He did such a great job. He was finished before I knew it. Very thorough and pleasant to do business with. SHOCKED that the dark brown stains were removed from the ivory carpet. I had never had carpets done professionally like this. I will NOT struggle w/my carpet shampooer again for an entire room. We will certainly call use them on a regular basis for our carpet cleaning.

I have used Gray's a number of times. They have always provided excellent service and I feel they have extended the lifetime of my carpeting. Gray's procedure does not make the carpet extremely damp after they leave, so that we can replace all of the furniture shortly after he leaves. I would highly recommend his service. He is very punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with.

I could not have even come close to having my carpets turn out this nice if I had purchased or rented a carpet cleaning machine and tried to do it myself.

We have three children, three dogs, and a cat. Needless to say our carpets are very dirty. Gray's has been cleaning our carpets for about four years. He is always prompt and professional. My carpets are a light color and very thick. Gray's shampoos the carpets leaving them clean and dry enough to be completely dry in 4 hours. With other carpet cleaners the capret has stayed wet for a long time and the stains have reappeared after the carpet cleaning was done. The stains were maybe still in the pad and so they came up from below. This does not happen anymore when Gray's cleans the carpet. Also, Gray's lets me know ahead of time what stains he feels may not come out and why. I am extremely pleased with his service.

Mr. Gray is wonderful to work with and always does an excellent job. I can trust him to be there working even if we are not at home (except to let him in). I originally used him on the recommendation of my carpet installer when someone spilled something bright pink on my brand-new living room carpet. I couldn't get any of it off with any solvent that I had, but after Gray's worked on it, it was all gone (and he only charged us $25 for that trip!!). We have them come out about every 6 months (we are slobs, especially the cats).
