It was great! The service was very good. The gentleman that was listed was very knowledgeable and responsive. He delivered on what he said he would and was very helpful.

It went very well. It took a few days to get the replacement part. I was made aware of that from the beginning.
I was also given the option to source my own parts to avoid any delays and to save money.
Not something that most places would do.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a computer repaired.
They are very knowledgeable.
You will not get any dumb looks or a "We can't fix that" like you would at Geek Squad and they wont ship your computer someplace else for repairs. The guys behind the counter are the same guys that will fix your machine. I find that very comforting.

We paid their minimum amount. They did well. They ended up suggesting some solutions, and we ultimately picked one of them. They were a good company, and they ended up helping us. They were responsive.
