I am a very satisfied DISH customer!

Verizon wireless has the best coverage for my needs of any other carrier. I have been with them since 1998 and the service has gotten better all the time. I was a truck driver and never had to go looking for a signal. My complaint is with the reseller in our area The Cellular Connection. I was up for a new phone and they were close by so I got my phone from them and not an official Verizon store. This was my second phone from this company and everything went smooth, until I got home. I was trying out the camera on the phone and found a bunch of pictures on it from someone else. I took the phone back and explained the situation and was told "oh ye we use the phones as demos and then resell them as new. The company doesn't send us a demo so we have to do it this way. The sales person didn't do her job and reset the phone before you got it." At that point I asked if it was common practice to sell used phones as new and the reply was yes. There was no attempt to hide it or exchange it "you bought it your stuck with it". I contacted the head of TCC and explained my problem and still have not gotten a response. The store in question is at Heartland Crossing by Camby, IN. Like I said, Verizon has been good for my needs but beware of the reseller TCC or The Cellular Connection.

They were very informative. They were very nice and helpful. They are saving me a lot of money over my previous cable company.

I called them trying to cancel, and first was told that I would receive a visa debit card with $50.00 on it, but now I am being told that because it was a processing fee it is non refundable.

The receiver and remote got so old that we had to call them up and exchange them for wear and tear. They make us pay an extra five dollars a month for having two receivers now. I mailed a form to try and get my credit back but after about six months I finally got a fifty dollar credit on my account. I always get a foreigner when I call and it's very hard to understand them. They always give me the run around and never really help. They still owe me the other fifty dollars.

We paid by the month. Our only complaint about Dish is that we lost service when it stormed, even when it just rained.
